The service 5*
The best thing about our stay was the service. Everyone made us feel safe and welcome, Victor was so very kind. Though we had booked the reservation and transportation 2 months in advance, they had it ready for us, and didn’t forget. We also ate at the restaurant and we were grateful for that. We did not spend any time in San Pedro Sula, only stayed for a layover, and the rooms were not fancy by any means, but they were clean.

there was a strong musty smell and also some kind of alcohol smell in the environment. power was lost and they had no power generator, about 5 hrs without electricity and no air conditioning

This is a small boutique hotel. Rooms were of a good size, King Size Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Victor checked us in and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He went down the street to get us ice, and ordered us Pizza for Dinner. Kevin was also very helpful during the check-in process as well as at breakfast the following morning.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days, the staff is incredibly serviceable and polite, the room and bathroom always very clean. Great breakfast which was included.

Good service, helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. We used the swimming pool to cool off. Quiet but window to nowhere, no good view.

Great overnight choice
This place is perfect for an overnight stay. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They helped me get a taxi to and from the hotel, breakfast to order was simple, healthy and delicious. Everybody greets you with a smile and willingness to help. The room is spacious and comfy, lines are good quality. Definitely a cost effective option

Saludos a todos, fueron muyyyy amables, recorri casi todo honduras y en todos lados el servicio fue pesimo, en este hotel fue como ahh super lindo todo graccias a Gissel el muchacho del turno de la noche ♡♡ y la senora chef los del gate todossss demasiado buenos, y me dejan con ganas de regresar ♡♡

Disappointed, Definitely not an 8.4
The place did not meet our expectations. Not very clean, amenities were poor especially in common areas, free wifi was basically non-existent, the pool was very small and horrible looking. We booked three nights through Hotels.com and cancelled two of them within 2 hours of checking in to book the other two nights somewhere else. When we changed our booking the terms said we would be charged for only one night but we're charged for two; hotels.com representative said they could do nothing about it which I am not happy about. Left anyway after first night and booked with another hotel that turned out much nicer.

Very convenient.
We only really slept in the hotel after arriving to San Pedro Sula airport quite late. The communication with the hotel was very easy and they kindly organized a taxi for us at our request. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The traditional breakfast was tasty and sets you up well for the day.

This was my fifth stay in three years. Staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. And their English is good enough to compensate for my very limited Spanish!
