S'Agaro Mar Hotel - a disappointment.
A three night stay so that we could attend events commemorating the International Brigaders (at the invitation of the mayor of St Feliu) was spoiled by the fact that our room wasn't serviced once. The arrangements for secure parking were initially hard to comprehend owing to lack of signing. Oh, and watch out for the weird positioning of the doorstop in the bathroom of room 304!

Great value for money!
We stayed 1 night at the S'Agaro Mar at the start of a weeks walking trip in the Costa Brava. We hadn't been expecting much as the reviews and ratings for this hotel were quite low but it was in a good place to start our walk from; we were very pleasantly surprised! It was great; we had a very good value dinner, bed and breakfast deal and the evening and breakfast buffets were really good. The room was clean and as it was quiet we were upgraded to a sea view room so couldn't fault the service. It looks like investment was being made in the hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Hormigas en la habitación (salían del WC). Para llegar a las habitaciones premium (nosotros teníamos la 1) parece un room escape. Bastante inaccesible y vistas deplorables (apenas se ve la playa). En el desayuno ahora aplican turnos (para poder ir controlando aforo), deberían revisar esto último. Piscina pequeña para lo que es el hotel. No volveré :)

NO es un Hotel de 4 estrellas !!!!
Calidad precio nada que ver muy caro para lo que ha sido mi estancia....hotel antiguo....habitación muy justa de mobiliario y antigua....vistas a otro bloque...limpieza justa....horario de desayuno y cena me tocó el turno mas temprano y fue un punto bastante negativo para no volver mas....segun por prevención COVI19 tenian k hacer turnos y nos tocó a nosotros...igual que entendimos que tenia que a ver turnos ,pedimos que en cuanto se fuera alguna familia nos pusieran en un turno mas tarde ....nos fuimos y nada..y lo reclamamos cada dia porque veíamos que se iba gente. La limpieza de los cubiertos...vasos etc...fatal..cada dia nos tenian que cambiar algo sucio. El desayuno todos los dias lo mismo y la cena normalita. Lo único que puedo decir bueno el camarero de por la tarde del bar de la piscina Michel un crack, responsable,simpático,don de gente, y Rocío la animadora otra crack .

Très bien
Situé à 5 min à pied d'une très belle plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très gentil. Nous étions en demi pension , les repas sont extrêmement variés, avec un large choix de plats, de desserts. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours, avec changement de linge de toilettes. Concernant la piscine elle était très propre. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

hôtel très, très bruyant, pas de respect engagements: pas de place dans le parking, pas de vue mer, propreté douteuse(bouteille vide sous le lit, gravier à terre, taies d'oreillers sales. WIFI asthmatique, 1 lumière chevet en panne, pas de télè française( pourtant annoncées),, pas de zone de déchargement pratique.

Bon hôtel très recommandable
Bon hôtel bien situé dans la petite station de S'Agaro et très calme. Les chambres sont assez grandes, bien décorées ainsi que la salle de bain. L'ensemble est plus 3 étoiles que 4 étoiles. Nous avons diner au restaurant car nous étions en demi-pension et le buffet proposé est très correct. Le petit-déjeuner est également correct même si les produits proposés ne sont pas très qualitatifs. Enfin le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant est très agréable.

Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas trouvé l'insonorisation correcte de nos chambres, nous travaillons à l'améliorer. Aux dates de votre visite à notre hôtel, il y avait une grande occupation de jeunes et, si j'ai bien compris, vous avez vu la salle à manger comme une cantine. Je vous assure que ce n'est pas normal, même aux dates d'occupation maximale. Nous allons essayer d'améliorer

Todo lo que tenia pensado encontrar lo encontre, a escepcion del parquing que tiene las plazas muy estrechas y un coche mediano-grande no cabe en una sola plaza.

Hotel bien ubicado
Hotel en buena ubicación respecto a la playa. Las habitaciones básicas necesitan una reforma. Buffet de la cena muy escaso y de poca calidad. En general no merece una calificación de 4 estrellas. Tuvimos un problema con la asignación de la plaza de parquing, que resulta que dos vehículos teniamos la misma plaza, y al final pudieron resolver.

Bedankt voor uw opmerkingen. Dit jaar hebben we een gratis pendeldienst naar het strand gebracht voor onze klanten, zodat het niet zo moeilijk is om terug te keren naar het strand

Very nice stay in S'Agaro
Everything was great. Very good staff. Good breakfast and good evening buffet. Drinks are rather cheap (9 euros bottle of wine). Premium room was very big with balcony and sea view. Air conditioned. On negative side, spare bed for kids was not comfortable and very hard (complaint from kid himself). Also underground parking is 17 euros per day !!! Which is extravagantly expensive. I would recommend this hotel and come back for sure.

Muy buen hotel
Habitacion muy grande, hotel tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa, recepcion muy amables, todo muy bien. Lo unico un poco flojo, que solo hay una maquina de cafes en el desayuno, repetiremos seguro!!! Ah en la piscina no ponian toallas en las tumbonas!! Fuimos a las 12, 30 i habia un monton de tumbonas

cet hotel que nous avons frequente a plusieurs reprises comme etant un tres bon hotel a perdu de sa prestance et n est plus digne d un 4 etoiles; l acceuil n est pas tres chaleureux; les buffets ne plus aussi varies et approvisionnes comme avant;et la qualite laisse a desirer; tout est payant acces jacusy parking location coffre fort location mini bar et le summum le cafe que l on doit aller preparer dans le hall tres pratique quand on est au 5eme etage !!!!!! et un peu endormi avec sa tasse dans l ascenceur;!!!!!!!!!! nous ne retournerons plus dans ct etablissement et ne le conseillerons a personne;

La première réservation que nous avons effectuée correspondait à une toute petite chambre avec supplément nous avons pu changer avec un très belle chambre avec vue sur mer sauf que derrière la cloison il y avait l'ascenseur avec un bruit important toute la Nuut

4 estrellas??? En serio?
No se merece las 4 estrellas. Habitación vieja y pequeña. Tienes que pagar por utilizar la caja fuerte. Te obsequian con café y la cafetera no funciona. Recibidor con escalera con moqueta sucia. Volver a las 14.30 y encontrarte con la habitación sin arreglar. El comedor: vino sin una triste cubitera. Sinceramente:esperas más de un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que el precio es más barato que los equivalentes de 4 estrellas. O que le quiten una estrella o que mejoren y suban precio. Es mi humilde opinión.
