Bright coastal house completely renovated (in September 2019), new in Homeaway but with experience of other highly successful properties and magnificent comments from our guests, with top quality materials and an exceptional position just 3 minutes walk from the beach of Las Teresitas with beautiful terraces where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in front of the sea or just a refreshing drink, away from mass tourism.
Large living room and bedrooms with windows to the tree-lined avenue and a magnificent private terrace where you can enjoy the sun or lunch and dinner under its pleasant pergola.
Thanks to the fantastic location of the house, you can enjoy many restaurants in the fishing village of San Andrés or make beautiful excursions to the spectacular beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo located in Anaga, recently named Unesco Biosphere Reserve for its shocking vegetation.
From the house you can start beautiful and famous hiking trails.

Away from big tourist areas buy close to lovely beach
House is in a little town by the sea rather then a tourist town, something that we really liked. Parking close by isn't easy but there are a couple of parking lots over the river(bed) which are just a few minutes walk away.

The accommodations were perfect! The description of the listing is very accurate and Marta was a wonderful host: very responsive and shared a lot of tips and best places to enjoy. I highly recommend it if you like peaceful and relaxing atmosphere- San Andres is the place! Casa Frigata is located 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach and only 15 minutes away from the large city of Santa Cruz by bus. The bus system on Tenerife is very extensive and reliable! You can get anywhere (buy the bus pass🙂). The bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house. There are a lot of restaurants right by the house and 3 grocery stores within 3 minute walks. Thank you, Marta, again for my home away from home.

A very enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is on your doorstep in terms of facilities..restaurant next door and others within a few minutes walk...the same for supermarkets and the beach a few minutes walk away. The property is beautifully renovated and is modern and light with everything you need . Maria was extremely helpful and gave lots of information about possible places to visit on the island if you want to explore. We had a lovely time and can recommend the house as a great place to stay x

The BEST place in San Andres!
I'd first like to start off by thanking Marta for her wonderful communication and for meeting us at the property for check-in to run through everything, she was lovely and made us feel extremely welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach, we couldn't have really stumbled upon a better place. Everything was fully equipped and well stocked with all the basics you need upon arrival. The roof terrace was a fantastic bonus!! We loved every minute of our stay and we'll be coming back here next time we're in Tenerife for sure! 5/5 - can't recommend this place enough - thanks Marta!

Perfect location
This might be the sole little house in the village that offers such standards. The terrace upstairs is a fab space. Very clean and modern. You can walk to the beach and to a few excellent restaurants. Marta is makibg herself available during your stay for anything you might need. She is super enthusiastic and welcoming.

Gemütliches Haus
Das Haus von Marta ist ganz wundervoll. Mitten im Leben und doch ruhig. Das Haus ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage sehr zentral. Wir haben uns ganz schnell Zuhause gefühlt. Restaurants,Cafe und der weltbeste Eisladen sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war super, vor der Reise und auch während des Aufenthalts, tolle Tipps und sehr hilfsbereit und lieb. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und auf der tollen Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Lieben Dank an Marta für alles.

Der Urlaub begann schon vor der Anreise. Marta versorgte uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die grosse Terrasse ist einmalig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Es war unser 1. Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus (sonst immer Im Hotel) und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeberin Marta hat uns von Anfang bis zum Ende per WhatsApp begleitet (inklusive Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps). Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Anzeige. Man wohnt neben den Einheimischen. Das haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Der nahegelegene Strand ist ein Traum. Die Eisdiele haben wir auch oft besucht. Super lecker. Der Ort ist für Partytouristen nicht geeignet. Das haben wir aber auch nicht gewollt. Gekocht haben wir nicht. Wir sind im Ort oder während eines Ausflugs essen gegangen. Die Küche ist aber gut ausgerüstet. Frühstück haben wir auf der Terrasse gegessen. Jeden Tag mit frischen Brötchen vom nahegelegenen Bäcker. Was uns genervt hat, war die tägliche Parkplatzsuche. Aber davon waren auch die Einwohner betroffen. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen.

super séjour a SAN ANDRES
Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos 2 semaines passées a la casa Fragata à San Andres. La maison est bien décorée, agréable, bien équipée avec une magnifique terrasse. De plus, tout est à proximité : le supermarché, la pharmacie, les restaurants, la belle plage de Las Terresitas. Nous étions tout près de la belle ville de Santa Cruz. Et la propriétaire Marta est super sympa, toujours prête à nous aider et nous donner de bons conseils pour les endroits à visiter ainsi que les adresses des bons restaurants. Nous conseillons vivement cette belle location.

Wie kamen mir erheblicher Verspätung an, Check-in war völlig unproblematisch, Schlüssel lag im Briefkasten mit Zugangscode. Wir betraten das Haus und staunten: ein schönes Wohnzimmer, von hier aus man rechts in ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei Fenstern gelangt. Geradeaus geht man in eine Diele, in die durch ein grosses Dachglas viel Tageslicht herein strömt . Von hier aus kommt man nach links in das Badezimmer (herrliche Regendusche), geradeaus in die Küche (sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet) und nach rechts in ein kleines Esszimmer und von hier aus ins zweite Schlafzimmer ( mit einem Schreibtisch!!) Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über bequeme Matratzen und viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Die ganze Wohnung ist ungewöhnlich liebevoll dekoriert und sehr sauber. Am Eingang links befindet sich die Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Diese ist min. 70 qm groß, davon sind min 25 qm überdacht.. wir konnten hier sogar im strömenden Regen die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Zwei Liegen, ein großer Outdoor -Essbereich und zahlreiche Sonnen-bzw. Schattenplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse grenzt an die breite, schattige Avienda Pedro Schwartz mit ihren gigantischen Ficusbäumen. Ab früh morgens hört man zahlreiche Vögel zwitschern und kann ins Dorf und ein wenig aufs Meer blicken, das zu Fuß in max. 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist…ein Problem gibt es allerdings, eine unglaublich gute Eisdiele liegt auf dem Weg dorthin! Der Bäcker, der nächste (sehr gut sortierte) Supermarkt und eine unbedingt zu empfehlende Bar (Bar San Andres, leckerer Café und leckere Tapas) sind 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben in den drei Wochen in diesem ruhigen Fischerdorf mitten unter den Einwohnern von San Andres leben dürfen, konnten deren Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft kennenlernen, die traumhafte Umgebung wie das Anagagebirge und die Stadt Santa Cruz, La Laguna und Puerto de la Cruz und vieles mehr erleben, das war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Aber zu etwas ganz Besonderen hat es die Gastfreundschaft von Marta gemacht, sie war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und immer um unser Wohl bemüht..obwohl wir bereits wunschlos glücklich waren..sollten Sie diese Unterkunft buchen können, würden wir Sie dazu nur beglückwünschen können!

Wir haben als 4 Freunde eine sehr gute Zeit in dem schön eingerichtetem, sauberem Haus verbracht. Eine super Lage dicht am breiten Strand, in der Nähe der kleinen wunderbaren Fischrestaurants, Supermärkte, Eisdiele, Bushaltestelle... und trotzdem eine ruhige Umgebung, besonders in der Nacht. Am schönsten ist natürlich die herrliche Dachterrasse und die liebevolle und stets hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Marta!

Viehättävä talo lähellä rantaa
Ihanan siisti talo keskellä pientä San Andresin kylää aivan Teresitas-rannan lähellä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu jos haluat itse kokata (tosin kylä on täynnä kivoja ravintoloita ja Marta antaa kyllä parhaat vinkit) ja oleskelutilat mukavat. Parasta on kuitenkin iso kattoterassi, siellä voi halutessaan viettää vaikka koko päivän. Auton voit joutua jättämään melko kauaskin, omaa pysäköintipaikkaa ei ole. Voisimme mielellään palata:)

Hübsches Stadthaus in Strandnähe
Direkt ab dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung ist die Kommunikation mit Marta sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und informativ. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön renoviert, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluterTraum. San Andrés ist ein quirliger Ort, direkt an der wunderschönen Playa Las Teresitas, super Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer lieber das typische Einheimischenleben anstatt Hotelregionen kennenlernen möchte, die absolut richtige Adresse. Für uns, 3 Erwachsene, der ideale Ort für unsere Woche in der Anagaregion.
