My only complaint was that the stocked mini bar in 2 of the 3 rooms was not complimentary Expedia guest perk so at the end of the stay, I had a huge bill. As Expedia guests, we are used to extra perks during travel so this was a turn off. I strongly recommend putting clear signage that stocked mini bar in room is not free. Outside of that, our vacation surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional team members who made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, Alejandra, Manuel, Shaquill, Estephanie, Maicol, Robert, and Adonis greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort were evident throughout our stay. The breakfast servers, including Freddy, Charles, Fanelis, Gabriela, and Claudio, were outstanding in their service and attentiveness. Each morning, they made sure our dining experience was not only delicious but also memorable. Special thanks to the managers, Estephanie and Robert, for their exemplary leadership and for making sure every aspect of our celebration was flawless. Our driver, Norberto, deserves a shoutout for his professionalism and punctuality, making our transportation needs hassle-free. We recommend Holiday Inn Santo Domingo to anyone planning a trip to the Dominican Republic.

From the moment we arrived, Alejandra, Shaquill, Estephanie, Marcoil, Robert, and Adonis at the pool greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service set the tone for our entire experience. The breakfast servers, including Charles, Fanelis, Gabriela, and Claudio, were outstanding, ensuring that every meal was a delightful culinary experience. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience. The managers, Estephanie and Robert, deserve special recognition for their leadership and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. Their presence and assistance throughout our stay were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, our driver, Norberto, provided safe and reliable transportation, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings of Santo Domingo with ease. Overall, our vacation at Holiday Inn was nothing short of perfection. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Very nice and comfy hotel the beds, pillow and sheets are A . Hotel is super clean , safe and in a great location close to everything, the staff is super nice and humble. I will recommend this hotel and for sure stay here again

The right place to be
Service is exelent. Location is very good for restaurants and shoping area. The hotel has a swiming pool. Very pleasant for a drink and a good cigar afternoon.

Everything was awesome!!!Great place to stay. All employees were very friendly and always trying to make you feel great. I specially remember Freddy from the morning buffet always welcomed us we a big smile and a big thank you to Margarita for her honesty. I came back to find my ring on the bed that I thought I lost. I was very impressed with the comfort and fresh smell of the lobby entrance and overall cleanness. The Hotel is very beautiful and has a nice state of the art architecture. The room was also clean, nice and comfortable.
