I stayed at the property for 5 days , great customer service, general manager was great💯 cleaning staff was on point, if your looking for a quiet n relaxing couple a days, hotel is rated one of the best🙂

The hotel itself is nice, but I do not recommend using the "shuttle service" the hotel offers. They just call you a regular taxi and the driver ripped us off. We paid WAY more than the $40 listed.

I liked the hotel room, and would DEFINITELY stay again. Great value. Only thing was that there wasn't a pillow or blanket for the 2nd bed. Minor discomfort that probably could have been resolved by calling the front desk. I didn't bother, as we checked in late in the evening. No real frills, but good value for your money. Just over sixty dollars for one night, for three people, during Holy Week. The room served its purpose.

My stay was welll, but I have ONE BIG complaint ; tha water doesn’t get Hot when taking a shower ,The management need to Fix this problem, That is big serious .

Very very clean. There was construction going on at the time so at times noise during the day but the cleaning was excellent.

It was great ! But ,they need to fix the water temperature in the shower, they need to invest in a water pump to keep the water temp stable.you can barely take a shower because it fluctuates up and down...

They are running a scams on clients here. I paid for a junior sweet and the gave me a single room for 7 out of 10 days. There were charging me extra money on the side to let my own family see me. When I double checked my booking information it turned out they were wrong and the manager did nothing to help. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Well, the only thing I can say is that the WiFi was weak and they only had 1 towel in the bathroom. Other than that it was decent for the price.

Practical little hotel
It is a practical little hotel, ok location. The standard room is very small. We lost power in our room on our 2nd night and they moved us to a Junior Suite. This suite was big and comfortable, huge bathroom, kitchenette. At least they made up for the inconvenience. Front desk service was ok, but informal. Wifi was spotty.

Great Choice
This hotel is centrally located near within walking distance from the subway station, near to supermarkets, restaurants and the malecon. Clean and comfortable with refrigerator and stove. Great value!

Best Place to Stay in Santo Domingo!
Great! There's free wifi, it's clean, the Sirena is close by and they are super attentive! I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Amazing! I loved how attentive they are. The internet connection is really good too. It is conveniently located close to La Sirena, a store that sells everything. The area is very safe.

For the price range it was great. We took an Uber to all he places we wanted to see because walking was just a little too far. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were nice.

One thing !!! Going in and out of the main door is a big issue for me . Why don’t they give people a card to access the main entrance , it’s kind of annoying to buzz you in & out . Otherwise, it’s fine .

It was all that my wife and I needed for our short stay in Santo Domingo. I would go there another time. Clean and comfortable in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to a La Sirena and taxis are easy to get from there.
