Family owned property. Mother, daughter and son help run this place. Truly amazing and genuinely happy to have people staying there. They reached out and helped us with airport transfer and transfer any other time we needed it - to ferry, ect. The other spent time going through some of her favorite places on a map and recommendations, while the daughter does all the coordination and is very quick to respond to any inquiries. About a 5 minute walk into the the town of Thira - very easy and nice to be out just far enough outside of the loud town. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted like family. The staff is beyond nice and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are very close. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a family run business and you can tell they really care.

Lovely place and super friendly family running it. Room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Quiet and relaxing. Only note is about Google Maps -- it will direct you to the top where there's no entrance -- walk down the hill two streets and turn left.

Simply the BEST !
Superb budget hotel that ticks every box in the book. Efi at the front desk is superbly polite, speaks perfect English and is most helpful to make your stay on Santorini as perfect as it can be. The wi-fi is excellent the rooms are superbly appointed and clean and I have no doubt for the money they represent the best value on the island. I would not hesitate to come back here in an instant and highly recommend the hotel. Thank you so much for making our bucket list Santorini experience so memorable. She even went out of her way to lend us an umbrella when we had a brief downpour. Special mention also goes out to our cleaner who did a great job every day keeping our room spotlessly clean.

Efi is Honestly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She couldn’t try and harder to make sure you are having a good time. Beds are comfy. It’s a great location. Highly recommend.

Really nice people. Good value. If you are like us and can't afford the extraordinary rates needed for a caldera view, but still want a sea view (on the other side) and be close to town - this is a great option.

We had an excellent stay. Efi, the daughter who runs the operations, contacted us shortly after booking our stay to inform us of our transportation options to reach the hotel from the port. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the mother and father. The family proved to be great hosts with their friendly charm and great recommendations on restaurants, things to do, and how to get around the island. Our rooms was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a nice west-facing view. We were also very happy with the hotel location - it is Firostefani, which is about a 10 minute walk north of Fira center. The property was quiet, but lots of things to do within a two minute walk.

Mrs. Toula and her husband Mr, Lefteris were very warm and friendly (and their little Toto dog too). Mr. Lefteris talked as much or as little as you wanted about all the paintings he'd done to decorate the hotel. Mrs. Toula gave directions to all the sights and shortcuts to the main town/main square (a 5 minute walk down, 7-10 minute walk up - so many nice places to see along the main road).

Très bon établissement pour séjourner. Proche de tout. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Les propriétaires veillent à votre bien être et repondent avec joie à chaque question. La staion de bus principale de Fira est à 15mn à pied ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Struttura molto pulita e ottimo comfort. vista stupenda anche se non dal lato caldera. Efi disponibilissima e gentilissima, ha spiegato in dettaglio tutto ciò che potevamo fare dandoci anche ottimi suggerimenti sia sui posti che sui ristoranti :D

風が心地よくベランダからの景色がきれい
受付担当でオーナーの娘さんのEfiさんは、ちょっとおっちょこちょいだけどサービス精神旺盛な可愛らしい人です。ベランダ付の部屋からは火山の火口とは反対側の海岸線と少し遠くの山の景色が楽しめます。フィラの町散策をする上で町の少し端の位置にあることは、実はマイナスではありません。多くの人が火口側を見ながら歩く折り返し点の手前くらいの位置だからです。

Une très bonne adresse...
Pas facile de choisir un hotel à Santorin, et ce guest-house le moins cher avait les meilleurs commentaires des clients. Tout-à-fait justifié, car au prix d'une vue sur la mer à l'est plutôt que sur la caldéra à l'ouest, on a tout ce qu'il faut pour être heureux : - la caldéra et restaurants à 100 m, Tira à 10 mn à pied - chambre petite mais confortable, calme, et d'une propreté impeccable - un accueil familial et chaleureux dans un cadre surprenant, décoré des peintures du proprio - bien placé pour se déplacer, facilement accessible en voiture, et à 50 m d'un l'arrêt de bus.

Proprietari simpatici e disponibili (moglie e marito più una figlia giovane), la stanza piccola ma accogliente, decorata da dipinti e mobili fatti a mano dal proprietario. C'è una stradina pedonale che in 8 minuti a piedi conduce al centro di Fira, e anche un'agenzia per affittare motorini e macchine proprio accanto, oltre a un ottimo ristorante (Simos) La pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani: 7\10.
