The views were breathtaking and the staff, particularly Nichos the property manager, were amazing. Upon arrival, Nichos worked with my wife and I to plan out events, wineries , places to eat and things to see for our entire stay. I had an amazing time and an amazing resort with excellent staff

Amazing service and staff
5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. Free transportation from the Port and Airport. Highly recommended, with great views of the sunset.

This is by far the most amazing place i’ve stayed at (and I travel A LOT). Celestia Grand is located perfectly with a view that you have to see to believe that exists. Close enough to Fira and other fun areas while secluded enough to give you the unobstructed views. Niko was fantastic at getting us set up and organizing activities and booking restaurants for us while there. He even went out of his way to give us a ride once. Breakfast every morning was delivered and set up by the pool. Food was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. You also get house keeping twice a day. This is a private paradise and we were so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place. Its worth every penny.

A Dream Come True!
It was absolutely amazing. The property was a dream come true. Furthermore, the service and attention was exceptional. Niko and his staff made sure that everything in our trip was excellent. In fact, we missed the last shuttle to Fira one night and Niko gave us a ride. As for the views, it was unbelievable. We also stayed in a high end property in Oia but would choose Celestia Grand hands down next time we visit Santorini(this was our second time). At Celestia Grand, you actually had privacy. In Oia, we had drones and people all around us taking pictures. Here, we were all to ourselves. Can't wait to return!

Niko was awesome! Simply the best receptionist, concierge, and everything you need for a wonderful stay here. Extremely helpful, friendly, humorous, and make us feel totally at home in this luxury villa. The villa itself it beautifully and tastely furnished, with Jacuzzi, bath tub and pool etc. Totally satisfied with our villa - spacious, well equipped, beautiful view of Caldera and Aegean Sea. Will definitely return, and definitely hope to meet Niko again!

This place is outstanding! Niko and the team are very helpful. Location is outside of Thira but a shuttle bus runs often. Was the most spectacular view and the property is luxe! Breakfast is very good - a lot is offered. Niko makes all the difference and was happy to help with so many things. His knowledge of what to do and how to make the best of your trip is invaluable. We cannot wait to return.

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly and the location was great for the view of the caldera. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff even got a cake for her. Cons: We stayed at 2 different places in Santorini. We paid a very expensive price for Celestia Grand. 1. Coordination of things could have been better. The other hotel proactively reached out to us to arrange for our transportation from the airport to the hotel but with Celestial Grand we ended up having to take our own taxi there. Taxis on the island are few and very expensive. 2. Worst of all, my wife got bitten by bed bugs and had to see a doctor when we came back to the States. 3. The quality of the breakfast was not as good as the other hotel we stayed at.

Disappointing experience. Pool was not heated and coming just before summer , we were unable to use the pool as it was too cold To us this was a significant compromise because we had imagined using the pool overlooking the caldera. We spent most of the time in the room, so this experience was disappointing. Do not recommend.

I can't wait to go back!!!!! We decided on these villas because of the amazing reviews and we were not let down! All of the 5 Star Reviews were spot on!! We stayed in the Erotas Villa for our honeymoon and it was bliss! I just wish we could have stayed longer, 5 nights didn't feel like enough time in paradise! Nico runs the resort and he is the best asset they have!!! Nico gave us the history of the island with a list of the best places to visit and eat! Anything we needed he got for us, all we had to do is suggest something we were interested in and he set it up! Having him as our concierge was the best part of the experience honestly! Being on our honeymoon we wanted to relax with no stress and he made it happen! The villas are gorgeous inside!! The pool was the perfect temp even in October and the view from the hot tub was exquisite.The staff was so sweet always wearing a smile! Everyone was top notch from the ladies who cleaned our room, to the gentlemen who delivered our breakfast every morning and the chef who prepared our meals! On my last day I wasn't feeling well so they made me chicken noodle soup from scratch (which was delicious), what service! We felt at home with everyone and it was pure perfection! If you are thinking about booking, don't wait! Just do it, you won't be disappointed! I only wish we could give them a 10 out of 5 stars!

What we liked about the property and hotel/villa: EVERYTHING. What we didn’t like: it would’ve been nice if they had a gift shop to buy clothes at, and I ONLY mention this because the airline Air France lost or luggage for 4 days and it’s very hard to find places to shop in santorini. There is nothing bad to say about this establishment.

My husband I spent 4 nights at Celestia Grand. We picked the place because of the high rating, and we did not get dissapointed. Everything exceeded our expectations! Location is very good. Service is excellent. Lux Accommodations - everything one might need. Niko was very knowledgeable about the island and helped us organize every day of our stay at Santorini. Helped us with transportation, reservations, etc.We followed through with all of his suggestions and enjoyed every activity, restaurant and place he recomeded. Planning to return next summer. Will not look for a different place to stay. We highly recommend Celestia Grand!

This is a wonderful island. Niko is a wonderful host with so much information of history and places to go. He is so helpful in setting up activities or suggesting places to go. Beautiful private villa, calmer area of Santorini
My husband and I visited off peak in October and had a wonderful stay in one of the Erotas villas. We arrived very late and the concierge, Niko, gave us a warm welcome and was extremely thoughtful towards us through the entire stay. It was like having a cool uncle in Santorini! He gave us tips on where to eat and go (as well as tips on where not to go, which we really appreciated). We had our best meals at the restaurant he recommended. The breakfasts were delightful and charming. The staff set a breakfast table right on our private pool patio full of delectable dishes and we had a romantic start to our days. The villa was spacious, clean, quiet, with many places to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous sunset without needing to squeeze in with the crowds in Oia. It was one of if not the highlight of our visit to Santorini!

Niko was great welcoming us to his villas. The villas are lovely and large and we had lots of room. They catered for us with our baby also. Breakfast is in your villa everyday with is so nice to not have to go out. The view is unreal. The restaurant at volcano view hotel next door was great for lunches dinners and drinks. We had a pool (which was a bit too cold for Sept) so we used our hot tub instead. Highly recomend Nikola as I had nothing planned when I got there and he suggested heaps. Thank you!

Celestia Grand is a Haven on a Heavenly Island
One of the best and most relaxing places we've ever stayed, the holiday was made really special by Niko and his excellent team. The welcome was as warm as the weather and Niko advice and personal service was beyond anything we've experienced before. His recommendations from sightseeing, boat trips, wine tasting evenings, restaurants made this trip magical and we will becoming back to see them soon. Thank you Niko and your Team. Beautiful villas with a magical view
We booked one night stay at a junior villa, which is the smallest villa available at the hotel, during the first week of July; the rest of the hotel was fully booked. We have arrived early in the morning from Athens and Niko, hotel manager, have organised a transfer and a breakfast for us. Hotel has a shuttle bus to the centre of Fira, which is convenient. The view from villas is absolutely spectacular and we spent most of the afternoon by the private pool staring at the view. Breakfast is served at the villa - very romantic. Hotel manger, Niko, is on top of everything and would recommend the place and would come back any time.

I have been to a lot of places but by far this is the best vacation I've ever had. I would start by saying the accommodations were amazing but my highest compliment is to Niko. The customer service in this place should be the standard for every hospitality industry to mirror. Well done! Niko made everything possible for the celebration of my boyfriend's birthday. Well-managed beautiful hotel
This is one of the best, if not the best hotels, I had the pleasure of staying. It is well-run and has all the amenities of a five-star hotel. We arrived and where delighted when Nikos upgraded us to the honeymoon suite (we were on our honeymoon and this was a delightful surprise). When he showed us to our villa we were speechless. The view was out of this world, the private swimming pool was amazing, huge patio, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, everything was just perfect. Thank you Nikos for looking after us!

Amazing property, amazing room, amazing view, amazing staff, amazing Niko! We were treated like royalty at this Villa. We arrived early before check in and Niko brought us in for an amazing breakfast. The ladies who work in the breakfast room are so lovely and they make great cappuccino too. Niko is an amazing host who makes you feel special even though he is managing many guests. Niko goes out of his way to give you info. about the island and will also extend himself to drop off or pick you up when you need assistance. We had a late flight out & Niko allowed us to hang around so we would be comfortable. If you are lucky enough to get a glimpse of his puppy you will love him… so cute. Overall an amazing experience and we would return in a heartbeat!

Simply the best!!
Last minute booking so only able to book 3 nights in Room 3 - Erotas Villa and can see why it was so popular and unavailable for a longer stay. Only 6 villas make it seem very private & exclusive yet all the facilities at neighbouring Volcano View are available to guests. Complimentary airport transfers & shuttle into Fira are very convenient. Pool was large & views stunning. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and was very well equipped. Welcome bottle of wine and induction to the area by Nico set us up to get the best from our stay.

Spectacular Villa/Spectacular View/Fantastic Staff
The Villa, View and Staff were fantastic! The view looked out over the Mediterranean from 1000 feet high and created an unforgettable panorama. The Villa had a private pool and was spacious, clean and well equipped. The Staff led by Nikos were the best! Nikos provided a birthday cake for my son on his 16th birthday with special candles which helped make the day super special. Nikos makes this place special and makes an extraordinary effort to do so. One example- when our Seajet boat to Mykonos got unexpectedly cancelled due to high winds, Nikos helped us with alternative transportation/accommodations AND he drove on his motorcycle to pick up a refund from the travel agent and hand deliver it to us at the airport! He was incredible! We will always remember Nikos and the extra efforts he made to make our visit to Santorini extra special and extra memorable!

It was absolutely incredible! Niko, the manager of the hotel, is what makes this hotel stay over the top. He is so service-oriented and did everything possible to make sure we were happy, having fun, had everything we needed and wanted, etc. There are a lot of gorgeous hotels in the world, and this is one of them, but what truly makes the Celestia Grand stand apart from it's competition is Niko. I cannot emphasize enough how much trouble he went to to make sure our stay there was perfect. We are home now and life without Niko is sad :-(

I traveled to Santorini with my 20 year old daughter. Nick, the property manager, was very understanding and moved us to a villa with 2 bedrooms. Nick explained the island and our options for seeing it and gave us several rides into Fira village. Whatever we needed was obtained immediately. A true 5 star experience.

This is by far the nicest boutique hotel I ever stayed with just seven villas each with a very large patio on the cliffs overlooking the besutiful blue Aegean Sea with private pool for each villa. The staff and especially Nico was so accommodating with everything. Breakfast was very nice, cooked to the request.
