Absolutely brilliant, cannot reccomed highly enough! The area was amazing, it was the perfect place to be. The beach is lovely, quite busy during the day but that's to be expected. Loads of restaurants and shops around, including supermarkets, and the staff were absolutely excellent.

The staff was very good, the beds need to be upgraded and the bathroom was too small and the room had no table and chairs to sit down.

The hotel is in the less touristy part of the island & very close to the beach, which suits us well since swimming is one of our favourites. It's well decorated & the vibe is relaxing. The eat place is very enjoyable although the breakfast is quite basic. It is still quite easy to get to the highlight places like Fira & Oia. The toilet/shower may be a little bit inconvenient to use at times because the floor gets wet easily after showering.

Oleg and his staff were perfect hosts during our stay in Santorini. We purposely chose Hotel Narkissos for the location which is perfectly positioned to explore the whole island. Nothing was too much trouble, Oleg made sure we had local maps, explained public transport options, arranged hire vehicles and airport transfers for us. Even purchasing a particular liqueur after my husband mentioned he liked it. Our room was as described, basic, clean with a fridge and air conditioning. Fresh sheets and towels on day three. The communal bar and lounge areas downstairs were pretty and prefect for relaxing after exploring the area. We would certainly recommend Hotel Narkissos as we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we decided to visit again

Service was fine at reception. Breakfast was lacking. Just some Greek yogurt and coffee; no protein option at all. Terrible and uncomfortable beds. I couldn’t sleep. One stiff towel for 2 people; Showers were very very small also.

Amazing stay!
My Stay in this lovely hotel was incredible. The room was big enough, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony view. The breakfast was more than I expected. Always fresh and management was extremely kind and generous. I enjoyed it so much, that I extended my stay for another 10 days. I truly look forward to return to this place which is also a few minutes away from the ocean.

Ticked all the boxes for grade of hotel
This hotel is located in the area of Kamari, a beach side setting with numerous restaurants. If you don't hire a car, it is on the bus route from Santorini central bus terminus. The bus practically stops right outside the door. The room for our five night stay was adequate - we would say functional with a good bed, air-con, refridgerator and private bathroom. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Wi-fi was good and the on-site restaurant was very nice with tasty food. Breakfast was included in our stay and was more than enough to get us going for the day. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money for our April 2019 stay. Would stay again.

Our flight was delayed and we reached there after midnight. Oleg was so helpful. He was at reception to welcome us and cooked food even though kitchen was closed after 11 pm. Throughout our stay he was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Narkissos hotel.

המלון קרוב מאוד לים. חוף הים יפה מאוד, וצוק הר נופל במורד הים כ -200 מטר מימין. בעל המלון, אולק (אולג), מאוד ידידותי ומנסה לעזור בכל דבר. הצוות מקסים וידידותי. הארוחות טובות ויפות. בית מלון בהרגשה ביתית . המחיר זול ולא יקר . The Hotel is very close to the sea . The sea shore is very beautiful and there is a mountain cliff falling down the sea around 200 meters to the right . The Hotel owner , Olek (Oleg) , is very friendly and trying to help in everything . The staff is lovely and friendly . The meals are good and lovely . Home feeling staying . The price is cheap and not expensive .

I stayed at Hotel Narkissos for eight days in April. It was clean and very well located. I found the owner most helpful with suggestions on activities. The staff were warm and pleasant. The service was excellent. One night there was some noise from another guest room but overall it was a very pleasant and affordable stay.

Nothing but the best customer service from Oleg and helena. Oleg went above and beyond, helped me with all kinds of information I needed (plus he cooks really good). The room was simple but had everything I needed. The area is super quiet and safe. Helena was very attending at breakfast also. Will definitely come back to Narkissos next time I visit Santorini. The Owner Oleq was amazing from the time we got there he was friendly, helpful and very welcoming to his Hotel. He helped me with the luggage and took us to the room. For the price we paid I did not expect the room to be good, but to my surprise it was clean, well maintained and smelled good inside the room, bathroom is a little small but it did good for our needs and we had clean towels.The Russian lady that works in the restaurant was very friendly as well, she even hugged us when we left, very kind. AAA+++

Pleasant Hotel by the beach
This is a no-frills hotel, there is no elevator, the rooms are small, and I didn't have a desk for my laptop so working in the room was difficult. But the place was clean, the staff was pleasant, the price was fair, and there are no shortages of shops and restaurants within walking distance (3 minutes or less). It's a great location, the bus to Fira is a little over a block away and runs every 20 minutes, and there is a bakery and an ATM 12 steps out the front door. If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel where you won't be bothered, this is the place.

A good two star option
Oleg and company do a great job running a two start hotel. My double room would have been very tight for two people, especially in the bathroom. Beds were springy and I had to ask to have blanket changed out; the first one reeked of BO. Staff happily made that change and were helpful with printing boarding passes and airport transfers. Room and hallways were clean. AC worked. It's not plush, but, again, it's a very solid two star establishment.

Most of the hotels in Santorini are not luxuries, so we decided to select a hotel with minimal cost for our stay and spend the money on food and excursion. The owner of the hotel is a nice helpful man, which made our stay special.

Loved Oleg he couldn't have been more helpful. Only downside is I went during off season and had a morning flight out which ment no busses directly to the airport. Should had stayed in Fira. If it's high season or have a later flight in off season it's great.
