The best place to stay on Santorini, everything about Stelios place is incredible and makes for the perfect holiday. It is the only place I would stay next time I return to Santorini and will recommend to friends and family members for their visits!

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

It was a lovely stay, the beach is a minutes walk from the property with a lovely variety of dining options. Katerina was very lovely and they had wonderful hospitality and was very informative about the Island in general. Would highly recommend!!! What makes this place unique I think is the family that run the place! They are very kind.

Stelio’s Place was perfect for our vacation!! The staff was wonderful and made you feel at home. The rooms were quaint, quiet and had that perfect Greek feel. The swimming pool was super clean and perfect temperature for July. It’s just a few steps from the beach, food, and all the local shops. I could not have picked a better place. We left there feeling like we had great friends down at the Wishbone Char Grill Restaurant and our morning coffee from Tutti Frutti.

Where do I begin.... this property is top notch! The property and hotel is beautiful, nice rooms with balcony's and wonderful pool set up. The staff is amazing! Katerina was extremely helpful the entire time from booking transfers for us to and from the airport to having a rental car delivered right to the hotel for us. This property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation to simply put your feet up, relax and not worry then this is the place for you!

Very basic, great option for people that don’t plan to stay in the room except to shower and sleep. Excellent location, 2 min walk to black beach with ample eating varieties of your choice. The staff is super pleasant and the place is very clean.

For the price it’s an EXCELLENT stay. Katerina was extremely helpful and responsive and hotel grounds were very well kept. It was extremely helpful that they had a luggage locker so we could store our things prior to transferring to our next hotel. Thank you Stelio’s!!

The wonderful and efficient daughter of this lovely family business, called Katarina, was a huge assistance replying to my email enquiring if we could arrive in the early hours of the morning as our flight landed at 00:30. Arriving so late was no problem. It was a huge comfort and help that Katarina booked us transport from the airport to Stelios Place. The transport driver was an extremely nice person too. A brilliant first night in wonderful Greece. Thank you forever Katarina and Stelios Place.

Stelios was a GREAT value for the price!! I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, the pool area was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were lacking-we didn’t have coffee or a phone lol! And the reception area is closed at night but for the price, it surpassed our expectations

I had a very nice recent stay at the Stelios Place with my kids. We did miss having breakfast, but I understand the restrictions during pandemic makes it too difficult and expensive. I definitely tecommend and I would like to visit again in the future..

It was great that you were a 2 minute walk to the beach! It was quiet and clean. It was nice to be able to lock our luggage before check in and after check out.

Wonderful location! Quiet, half a block to the beach! Sparkling clean room and facilities, comfortable bed, lovely little balcony and friendly and helpful host. My husband and I were picked up from the airport when we arrived in Santorini and dropped off at the ferry terminal when we left. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcases in a secure locker until our early check in time. Highly recommended!

This property is great we had a car so it was easy for us to get there. There is free parking off the premises. Or else you would have to book for at least 3 nights to get the free pickup/drop off. The beach is literally a 2 minute wall which was super convenient and its right on a strip of beach restaurants, cafes and shops which makes for a great night stroll. We spent a day at the beach and had lunch there which included an umbrella and two beach chairs for the whole day. If u dont buy food they charge about 10 euros which is still affordable. The first day we spent at the hotel it was too late for the beach so we went to their pool which was such a great thing to have especially if you dont want to go to the beach. There is a great local bakery (irina bakery) near by. Was a great stay to get away from the hustle of the other side of santorini and spend time beachside

I was traveling with my 11 year old daughter, and I have never been to Greece before. The location is great. You are 1/2 a block from the black sand beach. There is a bus stop 1/2 a block away with busses to all the towns. We stayed at the very beginning of the season, so I imagine that it gets much more crowded. Stelios picked us up from the airport and drove us back. We splurged for the catamaran 1/2 day tour and it was the highlight of the trip, really magical. We wished that we had taken the sunset one as well. Katerina was so helpful with everything. The rooms were clean and functional with a small fridge and a line for drying clothes and bathing suits on the balcony. You might want earplugs, the halls echo and if there are folks coming in late it can be a little loud.

I didn't anticipate spending much time at my hotel when I booked a trip to Santorini, but when I saw Stelio's Place I changed my mind! The common areas are very comfortable and Stelio and his family are warm and friendly - so are fellow guests. Everything looks like it's been recently updated and wonderfully cared for. The beach is mere steps away and there are dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And Stelio's daughter, Katarina, makes a delicious frappe! Stelio's Place is a beautiful hotel on a beautiful island.

Lovely place to stay, run by a lovely family. Right next to the beach, bars and restaurants. Airport transfers provided by Stelios at no extra charge. Rooms cleaned every day. Towels changed every day. Beach towels provided. Service with a smile all day long! Hotel and pool are kept to a high standard, pool has a jacuzzi. Wonderful family run hotel close to the beach and facilities in Perissa Stelios's place has a lovely relaxing ambience . The hotel is immaculate from the rooms to the pool area. Fresh towels daily . There are various comfortable sun beds around the pool for relaxing , also bar area overlooking the pool. Breakfasts are yummy, eggs with bright yellow yolks , also the Greek yoghurt and fruit . The locked luggage area meant we had full use of our last day with access to showers and our towels . Pick up and drop off at the airport by Stelios was great We were made to feel very welcome during our stay , and so glad we chose to book here for our first visit to Santorini ,would definitely recommend Stelios place , just perfect .
