This was a great stay. Hotel is incredibly clean, comfortable, and quite. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Pamela was AMAZING!. She was very sweet and professional at my check in. But more than anything she went above and beyond in trying to get me a coffee at check out as I had missed the breakfast and kitchen was completely closed. She was very helpful. My room was super quite and comfortable. I would definitely stay in here next time I'm in town and highly recommend this hotel.

Noite mal dormida
Quarto 920 com um ruído horroroso de motor/gerador. Trabalhei o dia todo, e quando cheguei de volta ao quarto para dormir por volta das 23h, percebi o ruído ininterrupto de motor. Nao sei dizer se era o gerador do andar/ central de ar condicionado, mas só consegui dormir por volta das 2h da manhã, quando o ruido cessou. Acordei por volta das 6h30, quando o ruído voltou. Fora isso, cama e jogo de cama muito confortável. Bancada do banheiro com manchas (falta de limpeza profunda). Café da manhã mediano.

A localização é muito boa e o hotel também é bacana. O café da manhã é bem servido. O banheiro do quarto cheirava muito mal e tinha que ficar dando descarga toda hora pra sair o cheiro de esgoto que ficava. Essa foi a pior parte

Good but reception to improve
Nice bad, cleaning service and the breakfast is amazing. I would make a point for improvement regarding the reception and control/management of the guest’s sraying period. Due to some mistake, the second night was not recognized in their systems, blocking the room access card, thereby creating some embarrassment. The room was consequently not cleaned on time. This created some stress, but other than that, the hotel is fairly good.

Very nice hotel. Check in was slow as they didnt seem to know I had booked 2 rooms. Reception area and bar were freezing as air conditioning was set so high. Otherwise hotel is great, everything feels clean and new and the rooms were a good size

Very good place.
It was very good! the only point that I found not so good was that the minibar was empty and about power outlet, there is only 220VCA available but there is a power transformer available in the reception.

Hotel was clean and overall was above standard Brazilian class business hotels. I had no hot water, and although the staff was very friendly and accommodating, we could not get any food in the bar at certain times. Only if we went to our room, which seemed silly.

O Hotel é ótimo. Boa localização, bom apartamento, bem limpinho. Sugestão: resolver a questão do elevador, pela segunda vez que só funciona um elevador e fica complicado subir e descer. O chuveiro precisa de atenção, saiu muito pouca água. E o fluxo no café da manhã, qual estava lotado e não tinha mesas disponíveis aos hóspedes.
