First time at this hotel many people use this hotel I’m sure for the price. The rooms are small but the breakfast is good.

The location of this hotel is excellent, this hotel is the place to stay while visiting Rio Preto, yes there are two other Ibis Hotels in Rio Preto but for me they do not offer the location, the staff and the secure parking are a plus at this hotel. The hotel is very close to a shopping mall about a 5 minute walk to Plaza Avenida Mall. Transportation is also very good here you have an Uber or a taxi within a matter of minutes generally there are one or two taxis waiting on the street. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing generally two or three types of fruit, eggs, cheese biscuits, a good selection of cakes, yogurt, a flavor of a juice, ham, cheese, a mixed chopped fruit, cafe and other pastries that are very delicious.

Very nice hotel in São José do Rio Preto

Pia do banheiro praticamente "entupida", chuveiro com barulho super alto, travesseiros baixos e duros. Porta do quarto bem ruim de fechar. Lixeira apenas no banheiro do quarto (como separar reciclável? principalmente por ser um tema muito divulgado pela Rede Accor). O que salvou foram os atendimentos na recepção.

Padrao ibis! Tudo certo e sem supresas.. com excecao da cama! Havia "buraco" provalmente de uso! Esta na hora de trocar! Penso que deveria vistoriar as condicoes do colchao! Para quem passou dos 30. Esse desnivel faz diferenca!

Desorganização e baixa qualidade, c bom atendimento
Os quartos estão desgastados necessitando de uma reforma. Tivemos problemas na reserva, pois quando chegamos o modelo de quarto que haviamos reservado nao havia sido limpado e nao havia camareira para arrumar o quarto. Tbm apresentaram varios problemas no sistema para achar um quarto disponivel que nos atendia, mo caso familia. Tbm esqueceram que fazer a arrumacao do quarto e tivemos que solicitar na recepção para fazer no outro dia. Nao tem toalha de rosto nos banheiros, somente toalha de banho. Cafe da manha razoavel e com qualidade baixa dos produtos.

Bem ruim, ao chegar no hotel o quarto que nos deram estava com mal odor no banheiro, ao solicitar a troca do quarto nos enviaram para um quarto que não estava limpo, conseguimos nos acomodar após a terceira troca.
