Beautiful hotel and rooms. Best I have seen in Brazil. It’s truly luxury and modern. Especially if you are foreigner, this will meet your expectations better than most hotels in Brazil. Be cautious to book from app like Expedia to avoid high prices. The front desk prices are very high.

Location is great. Centrally located with easy access to the best of São Paulo city. Property is old and not well kept. I had chipped and broker furniture in the room I stayed. The spa does not have locker rooms. There is one shared bathroom only. That is the only option to change before and after a massage.

it was a very safe, clean unit, and well decorated. Only negative is the water or at least 2 small bottles of water should be free per day, and the hotel bar, says their open til 1am, when in fact its not. well managed, happy and friendly staff and on their game for recommendations and places to go to.

Is all about location now...that is awesome if you have business to do @Faria Lima region in SP. But hotel was only partial renovated. I stayed in an executive suite that is pretty decent...BUT both bathrooms were just old and disgusting. Lot of options at breakfast, but quantity doesn't mean quality at all. The cherry on top were the elevators during my stay...there were days that took me almost 10-15 minutes to get from my room at the 25th floor to lobby in the morning.

This hotels offers a great view from some areas of São Paulo. Closed to malls, grocery store,restaurants and more. The pool is heated and it’s on roof top. They also have a spa service - that you can buy amazing spa treatments for a reasonable price. The breakfast was impressive: great selection of fruits, cakes, breads and more. Plus vey clean and well served.

This hotel is gross. It looks as though the last time they updated anything was in 1992. The pictures are very deceiving and the rooftop is beyond disappointing.
