The front desk was very helpful..but the cleaning and hotel maintenance was not good.shower walls not clean the pool lights was damage the price of staying is too much the beds box was king size and the mattress was queen size .

Great Hotel With Amenities
Comfortable hotel close to many stores and Avenida Paulista. The fitness center is amazing! It has a lot of equipment, free wights, and a very open area big enough for a group workout class!

Well located average hotel
Well located in good neighborhood. Condition of the room was not great. We had to ask them to change the desk chair in the room because it has obvious human fluid stains on it. They had to spray down the table chair with alcohol. Room was large but somewhat dated. Power outlets were not located near the bed. The breakfast (delivered to room due to COVID) was substantial.

Great value and location in Sao Paulo.
I always have a great stay at the Golden Tulip. It is a great value for the money - the staff is very friendly and the location is in Jardins - one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. The hotel is also close to Park Ibirapuera which is a great park for walking, running or playing basketball. The breakfast is also very good.

Breakfast was great. However, internet connection was horrible!!! I stayed for 2 complete days and neither day did someone come to clean my room. On the second day I even asked the front desk for my room to be cleaned as I left for a meeting. 3 hours later when I got back it still did not get clean.

A standard 4-star, but the only one I've stayed in, whether in Brazil or elsewhere in Europe, the Middle East, or East Asia where the wifi network was so poor. I had to login almost every time I opened my laptop, and sometimes it took up to 10 minutes. One day the network was down altogether for hours. Not the best place to stay if you have to do a lot of work online during your stay.

Very disappointed!!!
I always stay in Golden Tulip Paulista and the experience and service is 10 of 10. This time the Paulista was sold out and decided to stay in Golden Tulip Jardins, bad desicion!!! Room Service not available, restaurant closed, room dirty are some of the problems I encountered during my stay if 2 nights. I will not stay again.

Probably is the worst hotel that I stayed. Initially I showed my reservation and the evening person staff told me that I don't have reservation confirmed. I told him that I had reservation. And after ten minutes the person asked me if I paid the booking????? So I told him to check the printed reservation that I gave to him..... He just said that I don't need to be rude and he was trying to help me to book my room with the hotel totally full.... What a bad attitude of reception guy.. He was threatening me if I be good he will give me a room. What a bad person to work at the front desk of hotel?? After 30 minutes he gave the room key.. The room wasn't nice at all. The bathroom super noisy and the water leaking issues. The TV already with the issues on the screen... The telephone... I need to hold the line to don't get disconnected.. The fire detector alarm lights, blinking all night... Cannot sleep well. Expedia send me email saying I've got complimentary 10% discount.. Nothing was offered.. Upgrade? I was hoping to not get downgraded.. BAD THING - HOTEL Staff, TAP crew overnight at the hotel and make noisy every night. GOOD THING - BREAKFAST & location

Great location, Thin Walls
Lovely location, beautiful restaurant and breakfast. Good & Nice staff. Main complaint thin walls, one can hear every footstep in the hall as well as between rooms and the ceiling. Great balconies and view, wonderful large size of guest rooms. I just can't recommend it based on the noise level regarding the thin walls.

Horrible hotel. Far from everything.
The staff was rude. They don’t accept visitors foRacing they to signing their life’s on the from desk. Not cordial at all. The TV sistem. Was horrible didn’t work most of the time. They make me feel very uncomfortable that I was really close to move for another hotel.

Convenient location for central Sao Paulo
Hotel staff were very hospitable, the hotel is a little tired, especially the bathrooms, but the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Catering is average to average plus.

Good location, shame about the hotel
During a recent business trip I spent 10 days at the hotel. Save the location, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are tired and walls were dirty. The bath is terrible, with an odd shape and uneven bottom that make having a shower an adventure in itself. The internet is terrible and there are constant outages, which made it interesting in a business trip. The reception staff are not friendly and on several occasions ignored my request for my car, which resulted in my getting to some meetings late. The food is average at best. I will avoid this hotel in the future despite its good location in Jardins.

A good hotel to stay in, but a bit far from the city center and metro stations. The breakfast and the restaurant in particular, were excellent. The room was fine, even though the furniture were a bit old. I was not impressed at all by the gym though. Old equipment and often rusty. The staff though were extremely polite and helpful. I had an issue with the safe in my room and they responded very efficiently.
