The staff was fantastic, from the very first moment, after a mix-up with airport transportation. They took wonderful care of us. The room was very clean. We ate often at the hotel restaurant, which had a wonderful buffet of Brazilian food. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, and eased our fears about our lack of Portuguese. We got great recommendations and help with taxi transportation around the city, and the concierge desk was super helpful with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the food was great! The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay; special thanks to Joáo, Aryane, Guillermo, and all of lobby staff!

The hotel is beautiful and so are the rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly the only thing I would say could be improve was the check-in process, I arrived around 3pm around the check-in time and there was a line of people waiting the the person seemed a bit tired and it felt a bit overwhelming waiting.

Excellent hotel facility, great location and beautiful room views of the city. Lovely customer service, all staff are very sweet and polite. The restaurant manager is wonderful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on our next stay in São Paulo. Highly recommend it.

Excellent hôtel ! Super nice staff (check-in, check-out, restaurant or lounge) very professional and attentive to their clients. Large room and great view - loved the bathroom ! I have been staying at this Hyatt since he opened almost 20 years ago. It was wonderful.Now it’s showing it’s age and o top of that the cleaning is disappointing. One day i left at 7 and came back at 20 and they didn’t clean the room. The other day they clean but forget to take out the trash…
