The hotel is what we paid for. Basic and adequate and close to the airport. Not in a great area but not too bad either. Room wasn’t very clean, specifically the shower

Gave it a second chance and it was even a bigger disappointment. Tv remote not working, they never replaced after I called. No hot water, frozen shower! Mold in bathroom. The worst: toilet was clogged, not flushing! The only saving grace was the airport shuttle waited as I was three minutes late after so many inconveniences. Never again!

Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Hair dryer malfunctioned, requested an iron, it took two hours and I had to walk to the receptionist to request again. Breakfast was good

O banheiro estava muito sujo, com mofo no box, pia entupida. O chão do quarto estava muito sujo, minha meia molhou e ficou preta de sujeira. Parecia que ninguém passava o pano a muito tempo, pois não era so poeira. Atendimento não foi bom desde o check in, pessoal desorganizado, mal humorados e mal treinados. Transfer para Guarulhos em um micro ônibus sem ar condicionado, em um dia quente faz muita diferença. Cheguei a passar mal de tanto calor, pois os vidros tb estavam fechados.

Hotel bom com café da manhã bom, porém a comunicação entre a recepção e os hóspedes precisa melhorar e muito. Passamos somente uma noite no hotel e infelizmente foi extremamente estressante, um hóspede no quarto acima do meu ficou preso e gritava socorro e batia na porta as 2:30 da manhã, e eu não conseguia contato de jeito nenhum com a recepção pra pedir ajuda. Como não tinha resposta da recepção do hotel eu liguei para a polícia porque já imaginava o pior. No fim foi só um susto mas extremamente estressante para nós ouvindo alguém gritar desesperadamente por socorro às 2:30 da manhã e não ter como ajudar/ nos acalmar via hotel. Como há de se esperar a noite também é muito barulhenta pois o hotel está situado na Dutra. Só um aviso para quem tem sono leve.

Photos are deceptive as it looks a lush forest but in actual location is the side of a busy highway. Room didn’t have tissues and the safety door lock was broken. Only two flat pillows on the bed.

The location is very convenient because the proximity of the airport. The traffic is bad. You have to count for that to don't miss your flight. The shuttle arrived late, some of the guests had to take a taxi to the airport. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Este en un hotel básico ideal para una parada de camino a otro lugar. Apesar de lo básico es limpio y agradable. Buena cama y ducha. Desayuno es bueno, personal es agradable. Sólo tuve problema en mi chech-in porque no encontraron mi reserva, 3 distintas personas lo revisaron y dijeron que estaba cancelada. Afortunadamente llegó una cuarta persona que si fue capaz de encontrar mi reserva. Lo malo fue que la reserva hecho por Expedia era por 2 días y solo lograron encontrarla al segundo día. Por lo tanto ahora estoy solicitando me devuelvan el dinero correspondiente al primer día. Veremos como me va.

ROACHES!!!
The hotel looks not bad, but it has roaches in the room and I was on the 4th floor. I couldn’t sleep the all night as I was disgusted. I called and someone come to spray but this is not worth the money. I told the manager and he didn’t really do anything .

Disappointing
We booked a superior plus room and what we got was anything but superior or plus. Old and dirty carpet, the bathroom was dingy and we could hear everything that our neighbors upstairs were doing, night and day. We have stayed at this property many times previously and this was a big disappointment when compared to our previous stays.

Close to the airport. Good hotel overall. Just need to boost their wifi. Almost unusable at least from my room. TV set very old, too small and very poor image.

Really great continental breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. The staff was nice and friendly.
