Dirty and mold filled room. Not like the photos at all. It's a dirty brown mess. Avoid, we got sick after our stayand they wouldn't daily clean the room.

O atendimento foi excelente, mas o apartamento é muito grande e o ar condicionado nao gela muito bem. O banheiro é bem esquisito. Não ficaria de novo lá. A foto do apê esta muito melhorada, um pouco diferente da realidade.

Estadia razoável
O hotel fornece toalha, sabonetes, papel higienico, lençol e uma mini coberta. O quarto estava limpo e a cama era confortável. Porém o banheiro não tem box no chuveiro e fica todo o chão molhado, podendo escorrer também para o chão do quarto. Quarto não possui frigobar.

As imagens não condizem com o local e nem com as instalações, uma escadaria enorme, com degraus fora das normas e risco de acidente. O funcionário muito prestativo e super atencioso. O banheiro não tem box, chuveiro molha o vaso sanitário, cesto de lixo sem tampa, pia fora do banheiro sem nenhum apoio. Nenhum apoio para colocar malas, nenhum armário ou cabide. Café da manhã muito ruim, só havia pão francês, margarina, café, leite, presunto, queijo e suco artificial. Nenhuma fruta. Nenhum prato não havia utensílios adequados para nos servirmos. Local simples com muitos moradores de rua, o que não foi tão ruim, viver a realidade do país, mas eles são muito barulhentos a noite! Nem ficamos todos os dias saímos 1 dia antes.

No anúncio está uma Foto de um hotel super bem arrumado e aconchegante. Qdo chego no local uma local super perigoso cheio de noiado, somente escadaria e não tem nada a ver com o q eles colocaram na foto. Mostrei para a atendente ainda teve coragem de falar q o hotel estava em reforma. Não vi nenhuma reforma por lá. Fui obrigada a mudar de hotel pq não tinha condições de ficar lá principalmente por causa do local.

Se está sozinho e quer pagar barato é aceitável!
Pelo preço, não esperava luxo. Mas as paredes tem um pouco de mofo, o que também transmite um aspecto de sujo. Poderia também, ter um móvel ou mesa adicional para aumentar a estrutura do quarto. Precisei usar a mesa para trabalhar e não tinha outro local para posicionar demais utensílios de uso rápido, tendo que revezar entre a cama e cadeiras. O chão e o banheiro estavam limpos e a roupa de cama aparentemente idem. Porém, não sei em qual canto do quarto, havia um grilo ou cigarra escondido e cantarolando a noite toda. Por fim, as fotos não condizem exatamente com a instalação, em termos de aspecto.

Li muitos comentários ruins e fui esperando o pior, cheguei e vi que o pessoal exagerou e muito. Adorei a estadia, tudo que falaram pelo menos na minha experiência não aconteceu. Tudo limpinho, funcionando, chuveiro muito bom, água quentinha, não tive problema com barulho. Adorei. Funcionários excelentes !!!

Jogaram a gente em um quarto qhe precisava subir 3 lances de escada, ninguem ajudava com as malas e a porta do banheiro nem fechava. Consegui mudar de quarto mas era ao lado da recepção e cozinha, e dava pra ouvir tufo com a parede fina. O banheiro era minusculo, na frente do chuveiro tinha a pia e ao lado o sanitário. Reservei quarto de casal e deixaram 1 toalha (tão surrada que parecia pano de chão) e um cobertor de solteiro, que fui pedir um de casal pra recepcionista e ela disse que iria pegar e ficou olhando no celular por uns 5 min até ir de fato. A estrutura e a acomodação não pode ser chamado de Hotel. Não é nada igual das fotos! Fora que antes mesmo de chegar, queria contactar o hotel e nao atendem de forma alguma, so consegui o telefone quando cheguei. Única vantagem é que quis o late check-out e consegui.
