Beautiful views in winter. Imagine enjoying the river views from the in-room onsen. Food was farm to table and simply top notch. Staff was attentive and special call out to Yuki- he was the best.
The staff are polite and very friendly. The service is excellent. Staff can speak English, and we can communicate easily. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner are very good. Definitely a luxury hotel for us to stay in and enjoy our trip.
Beautiful rooms. Highly attentive surface. Clean and modern gym.
Only gripe is that they should connect guest to better options to get to airport vs. providing the local bus schedule. Proactively offer to connect to taxis and car service.

Thank you for coming from Tokyo and staying with us. Although you visited Jozankei at the best season of the year, the poor transportation system not only between hotel and city center also between hotel and the airport ruined your holiday. We wishing that airport bus service restart as soon as ending COIVD-19, and need to consider more seriously about a transportation service by the hotel.

Excellent service! Highly recommend to the family with kids. Walking distance to a post office, temple and soba restaurant. Absolutely will come back again!
