Great breakfast
Nice place to stay, small room but I think that’s pretty standard in Japan. Breakfast buffet is amazing, this was included in the room price. Good mix of Japanese and western options. Staff spoke some English and very helpful.

No shuttle available from the airport CTS to hotel
No shuttle service from CTS New Chitose airport. Had to take a taxi 1860 yen. Must book shuttle service hotel back to airport only limited number of seats and times. Ended up taxi back to airport from hotel 1920 yen. Breakfast was good checkout was 10 AM cost extra per hour to stay was quoted 2600 yen for 2 hours if checked out at 12 noon. So did not want to pay that. Just stored luggage at the hotel and went to the Aeon shopping plaza a few blocks away. No dinner available at the hotel. Breakfast only.

Short walk from station and aeon mall is nearby. Breakfast is nice with both Japanese and western choices. The public bath is great after a long day out in freezing cold weather. The free shuttle to airport is key reason we booked this hotel. Overall, value for money and will stay here again.

An enjoyable stay
Very convenient as near to Chitose station and also aeon shopping mall is just a walking distance away. Near to airport and also one station to Rera outlet. Shuttle bus to airport that is the most 👍

Near chitose station only 5-7 min walk and also near Aeon within 5 min walk. Hotel also has free shuttle bus to Airport but need to reserve at least 1 day in advance.

Stayed here 3 nights. Many dining options available. Great yakitori stall opposite the hotel and a sashimi/sushi chain next to Chitose station. Free coffee at lobby. Aeon Mall is 10mins walk away.

Service is great! Though some hiccups with the reservation but their service is tip top. Free airport transfer which u need to make a reservation in advance. When we were at the airport, found that a phone was left in the hotel room.. the staff was so accommodating to bring the phone back to the airport for us. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for this!

Location is prime, nearby airport. They have free shuttle going to the airport. Stayed one night and the room maybe a lil tight if you have large suitcases but it was adequate for me. They have indoor onsen which is nice. They also offer free breakfast. Would stay here again.

I like the shuttle service and the driver was nice and helpful. He was helping out the lagguages one by one with respectful manner. I also like the breakfast buffet, yummy! What I don’t like was, My family need to take 60 min JR train to Sapporo everyday. If we could catching the express, it would save 30 min, but you have to standing up

Good location, 5min walk from the Chitose JR station, hotel can be easily located. Hotel room is small and old. Hotel front desk staffs are friendly, helped to book a taxi to the airport. 10min drive to the airport, the fare is about jpy2000. There is free airport shuttle from hotel however only in the morning, convenient if you are catching a morning flight. The hotel stay came with free breakfast, the breakfast spread is good. There is hot bath provided in the hotel. Nice hot dip after a cold day out. Overall experience is good.

Staffs need a lot of English training. They can t find my booking for 1 hour Very very inconvenient when you check in late and so sleepy but they can’t communicate with you and can’t find your room . I hate this place .

Part of the Route Inn hotel chain. A good alternative to staying in Sapporo which is 30 min by train. Can be used for an airport layover hotel too as it is one stop on the airport train. Hotel is walkable from the train station (300m or 900 ft). Large AEON supermarket nearby. Microwave and sauna available for guests. Beds are very hard. Breakfast was good with lots of choices for western/Japanese. Staff is very attentive to keep everything well stocked.

Location: 5-10 mins walk from the train station 15 mins walk from AEON where theres lots of food. Room - Room was rather big and spacious compared to the other hotels ive stayed in Japan. breakfast was good.

Exorbitant Extra Cost for "Late Check-out"
The quality and service provided by the hotel was very good; its location near the train station and range of retail services close-by was very convenient. The only issue was the fact that the "late check-out" (5PM instead of 10AM) I had requested in advance, cost considerably more than the rate for a full day rate I paid thru Hotels.com.

Near airport & ok driving to Shikotsu and Usuzan
Our flight landed in the evening and we were so glad to stay here as it would have been too tiring to drive elsewhere. Hotel has sufficient free parking if you reach before 8pm. If you get there very late, you can eat at nearby diner Victoria (closes at 2am) or convenience store. Hotel staff are really polite and helpful and even helped me make bookings for sightseeing and daytrip onsen visits in the mountains. As for the room, its the usual small Japanese hotel rooms but the space was just enough for the 2 of us and to unpack 1 huge suitcase. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I’d stay here again

from JR chitose station. cross the road at the junction and a little bit walk through alley you will see the hotel on the left. Friendly staff and helpfull. Shuttle service to airport in the morning. Free coffee at the lobby.
