The property was very clean and well run. Staff and cleaners were very kind every day. We stayed during the Snow Festival and everything was within walking distance.

Very rude reception name - Rina Saito
There is no free shuttle bus to skii resort, have to pay for the shuttle bus ,when check out the reception was really rude and ask for extra money cause we check out around 1120am, and reject help us to call taxi during a snowy day. Paid for 1650Yen for the late checkout yet did not get any official receipt for my payment. Truly one of the worst hotel and service provided.

좋은 여행이었습니다!
만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 저희 가족은 언제나 시내에 조금 멀더라도 조용하고 깔끔한 곳을 원하는데 스스키노라도 위치도 좋고 어느정도 조용하며 실내도 깨끗하고 청소도 너무 깔끔하셨어요 다음에 또 삿포로에 방문한다면 다시 예약 의사가 있습니다! 덕분에 즐거운 여행이었습니다:)

すすきののニッカウィスキーの大きい看板が有名ですがホテルより歩いてすぐです。非常に便利な場所にあり利用して満足です。飲食店が多く助かります。

名氣過於實際，地點行10分鐘先到地下鐵站，房間比實際小。打開個行李喼都沒有位置。停車場要停另外一個，要行路5分鐘。

The hotel was centrally located in Susukino. It was in walking distance to Tanukikoji and Nijo market. Also the subway was closeby. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and new. Would recommend this hotel!
