Very clean and comfortable, nicer than I was expecting given the low price. Small room but I knew this before booking and big enough for what you need. Excellent location close to train station which connects to airport. Staff were helpful albeit with limited English speaking, but were very hospitable and were able to help with my questions. Definitely excellent value and would stay again.

Can’t wait to go back!
This was out last stay in Japan before heading home and they have so much to offer aside from the cleanliness and friendly staff. Firstly the rooms are super decent to size, even fitting a mini couch was such a tasty touch. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries for 2 people. They offer a free spa/bathhouse but we didn’t have enough time to visit it. They also offer free bus rides to the airport! Super awesome for people with big luggage or big groups. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great for late night drinking or snacking. The more we got into the night, the more impressed we were. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and last night in Japan!

Good location, close to airport. Unfortunate that there was no airport pickup. Took the JR rail and had to walk on a sheet of ice. Onsen was nice, could use some re tiling. Room was small but has everything you could need for a quick overnight stay.

This was a nice place to start our trip after a long flight. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The room was clean, and the morning breakfast is a must. We had some time to walk around the town and it felt very safe and friendly. We will stay here again given the opportunity. Thank you

Queen's Hotel Chitose is a very convenient location to Sapporo's airport. Ordinary rooms are quite small, but I appreciated well-appointed room and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. I opted to buy the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and I'm glad I did. They gave me a multilayered bento box with plenty of Japanese tastes to savor. Chitose itself may not be the most interesting city to visit in Hokkaido, but the convenient access to Sapporo and the airport via the nearby train station make it worthy of your consideration.

There is a good restaurant on ground floor. We enjoyed our dinner very much at the restaurant in the hotel. We wore the hotel slippers to go there. Because it was easy to take off slippers before entering inside the restaurant.

1. I called the hotel to see if I could get a shuttle from CTS airport to the hotel, and they told me “yes, just call us when you land and we’ll send one.” When I called upon landing, they told me I had to catch a taxi, but when we arrived at the hotel, there was a shuttle that had also just arrived from the airport. They did provide a shuttle from hotel to CTS airport 2. When I arrived, they gave us a smoking room, although I had requested non-smoking. Of course, I could have accidentally clicked “smoking” during booking, although I don’t smoke and would never intentionally choose a smoking room… so I’m a little leery. 3. Otherwise, the hotel itself is a 10-min ride and close to the airport.

Easy walk from station on a fine day. Nice hotel with a quite small and compact room which is common in Japan. Room was modern and very clean and tidy. You get a choice between western and traditional Japanese bedrooms - we chose western and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a set menu brought to you on a tray as is often traditional in Japan. So if you like a breakfast bar from where you can choose what you want this is not available. But you do have the choice of a number of 'tray' options - again we chose western. This was, as you would expect in Japan, nicely presented and of good quality, with half a dozen different small plate items. They advertise they have a free shuttle to the airport, however last shuttle is 10.45 am so if you have an afternoon or evening flight you have to find your own transport.

Great place to stay for early flight catching
One of the satisfactory hotels so far which staff speak decent English. Coupons to receive free drinks from a cafe next door were given to us upon check-in too! The room was well furnished and equipped with good amenities and facilities. Do take note that should you select a smoking room (due to cost-savings), please expect a faint woody/musky scent on the pillows and in the room. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service for free, which is very helpful especially for those who are catching morning flights.

Great stay! would recommend!
Loved the hotel and would recommend to others. The only complaint i have is it would be nice to have one more earlier shuttle to the airport. I was told i would have enough time to check in to my 7:45 flight with a 6:35 shuttle. This is NOT true on a busy ANA flight to Tokyo. Huge lines. I had to request from an employee to jump in front of the line in order to get checked in in time.

We checked in two adults and two kids in two rooms. We had booked with breakfast included. The rude guy in the reception wanted us to pay for breakfast for our kids although breakfast was included for four people. They told us the included breakfast was only for ADULTS. The men in the reception were super rude. After we had spent much time proving tthe women in the reception

Great value and comfortable stay
Great value for money! The hotel is relatively new, modern designed and it offered free parking right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. In addition, it has public bath located at the first floor, though not natural hot spring water, but the facility and setup was great! Staff were very helpful to make dinner reservation for us upon email request before our arrival. Location wise, quite convenient, its 2 streets away from an Aeon mall. Will return to this hotel is need to travel to Chitose again!

Exceeded Expectations
The hotel was very comfortable, super clean, and perfect for an overnight before taking off for the slopes. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the onsen, but it looked popular with hotel guests.

Quite a long walk to subway & nearest convenience store. Tiny room. Only great thing was the onsen located inside hotel & free airport shuttle service, also the sumptuous breakfast.

Nice amenities.
Checked in after 8 on so very tired after a long flight. Thankful there was a restaurant we could eat at. Fresh seafood in individual portions to share. Very nice to have a public onsen afterwards to relax before bedtime. Complimentary water and coffee pods in room.

A pleasant stay
Staff was amazing. Free airport shuttle is very convenient. Room was great. Clean, nice view, comfortable even a bit small. Walking distance to Aeon Mall and Chitose Train Station. Everything was great. Great value for a short stay to catch your early flight.
