This is a great place to stay, right in the middle of Susukino. Places to eat all around. Convenience stores as well, e.g. lots of Lawsons. Rooms very clean (as expected in Japanese hotels). Our family of four (young adult children) got two rooms, one for each gender. Parking is in a vertical tower at the back of the hotel. You stick your car in, and it disappears somewhere. THe hotel staff come out to get it in or out. Our stay was in winter, so it was nice to not have to worry about the snow covering our rental car. Breakfast is great, 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The hotel itself is nice, hust be warned that its right next to a bunch of host clubs and might feel a littlr unsafe at night

What we found disappointing was when they gave us the card key of an occupied room. They should really check and confirm first whether the card key of the room they will be handing over in is an occupied or an unoccupied room to prevent future troubles.

３連泊しましたが、2日目外出して戻った時にドアが半ドアのままロックがかかっていませんでした。ドアクローザーが壊れていて最後まで手で閉めないとロックが掛からない様でした。その旨フロントにお伝えして、翌日のタオル交換のあとはしっかりと閉めておいて頂けましたが、外出の度に確認と貴重品ほどでは無い大事なものを部屋に残せないのは不便でした。
