Hotel del terror, oscuro, sucio e inseguro. Cuartos con dos puertas sin cerrojo, Baños extremadamente sucios, toallas que parecen trapo de piso, el staff (2 hombres) cero agradable, no dormí ahí me fui y no reconocieron mi reembolso

Hotel is in very bad condition, he had to change rooms since the toilet was working, and the new room’s was in bad condition also. Beds are terrible, very old and worn out, you could feel every single spring. Avoid this hotel at all cost unless you are on a very very very tight budget or desperate need for an emergency place to stay for no more than 1 night.

Bad info from staff, dirty in front of check in and not service around, not even did a check in due to info from staff telling me that they were running out of power twice that day so i walked away. Bad mood elderly guy from staff.

It is an inexpensive, clean place, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and safe with security.

It was close to where we needed to be to meet family and friends. I didn't like all the traffic noise as our room was so close to busy street.We only needed a room for the night so it was ok.

El hotel está bastante descuidado, hay partes que se ven viejas y falta de mantenimiento. Llegamos alrededor de las 6pm y nos atendió el guarda porque no habia nadie en recepcion, aparentemente ni siquiera estaban listos para recibirnos.

This property looks as if it is closing down. The restaurant is closed, The rooms are full of bugs. The pool is full of black algae so no way you can go for a swim. I was there one night out of the four I had booked only because it was too late to find somewhere else. After killing ants, spiders and flying bugs I attempted sleep. I woke up with what looked like gecko poop (I'm hoping that's what is was and not something nastier) on the bed bedside me.

No front service at 8:00 PM The room was really dirty, looks like was used before. The bed were dirty, the shower was dirty and no shower head just a pipe toilet paper on the trash contener, smell really dirty so I and my friend move and look for another please it was March 7 2020 . So we didn’t found a place we sleep in our car. Terrible experience

This place has so much potential but it's apparent the owners do not wish to invest anything to make it more profitable. No hot water (not advertised). Pool was empty, not advertised (2 months after the storm still not re-filled). Wi-fi available only if you are near the front desk, not in room. Very limited front desk staff mostly never there. Little English spoken. Rooms were dirty, mattress springs broken, air conditioner dripped on to the corner of my bed and I had a broken bidet and jetted tub that was inoperable and severely cracked. No matter-there was only cold water anyway. NO COFFEE anywhere! No breakfast. I had to leave every morning so I just stayed away all day. The only thing that made this stay good is that the staff in the rest./bar were exceptional! They made my stay worth it. They were pleasant, funny and friendly. I was the only "guest" in a 12-room "hotel" and no one ever came to the bar to eat besides me and once a Canadian couple came for dinner. I was there 7 days and 6 nights! NO OTHER GUESTS! Unless they did serious renovations, I would never stay there again!. There were cabins down the road that were much more hospitable and I wish I would have stayed there! Love the bar staff though!!!!!

Should be condemned
Well where to start... went to check in, tool 15 min to find someone who could use the computer. Tried to check in which was a confusing process. Got shown the room, which reaked of smoke, was dark and dirty. The grounds had rotting fruit on paths, the pool was unusable. After seeing the state of the room we left to find a more suitable place to stay. Should be condemned, and removed from Expedia site.

The person at the desk seemed confused by our reservation (we had printed out our Expedia itinerary), spending many minutes on the phone with someone before giving us our rooms. The rooms smelled musty; there were sheets on only some of the beds; one towel in the bathroom (in a room with three double beds). On-site restaurant is not operating. Rooms seemed clean, but were shabby and spartan.

No hot water, no curtains (only sheers), trickle of cold water in shower, twice farther from the beach than stated, loud music in the bar until after 4AM. Pool was filthy, a guy was chain-smoking under the no-smoking sign in the lobby. Staff didn't speak English. Mosquitoes breeding in the room (dozens!). Plumbing didn't work, beds were lumpy and old. I think that's it. The staff did try to help, they are working with an awful facility.

They were supposed to have a restaurant - they did not! They were supposed to have a casino - they did not! They were supposed to have a 24 hour bar - their bar was closed! They were supposed to have TV in the room - they did, with one channel in Spanish! They were supposed to have Wi-Fi - they did, BUT only in the lobby! We almost moved our mattress and bedding into the lobby. Would they give us a refund? F NO! Maybe Hotels.com will.

El problema es que está muy abandonado el Hotel. Mi habitación por ejemplo no tenía ducha. La cama era dura sentía los resortes en mi espalda y se escuchan los carros de la calle mucho.

El lugar era limpio, pero no tenía el mantenimiento general de las instalaciones, la piscina cerrada, el bar y discoteca cerrados, algo oscuras las instalaciones. No había champú en la ducha, las toallas muy desgastadas, las puestas suenan y las cerraduras desgastadas. Las cortinas muy claras dejaban pasar la luz, con suciedad en los marcos.
