There was a problem with a fire alarm. During the early morning at almost 3am it rang and we all left the hotel.

They offered airport shuttle and it never got there, so had to look for another way to go to the airport and almost lose the flight. Not reliable.

What response did you receive? We do not offer lunch and dinner options. We do have a free hot breakfast for our guests from 9:30am - 10am. There are many local dining options in the area or a lot of us will order in food.

I would love to say the staff here is amazing! I had a horrible thing happen the car I rented broke down as I was ready to attend a wedding, I flew in to be a part of. I was frantic and the car rental place couldn't help me out till next day and I had to get there asap! The staff quickly helped me called me a taxi and took me to another rental company that could help out. Thank you kindly for helping me at least I got to the reception part but unfortunately, I missed the wedding. Your Staff was amazing just a simple care was given and a thousand apologies for something that wasn't even their fault!

I left not even 1 hour after checking into the property. We were told the internet was down so we couldnt get room keys. The room was absolutely disgusting, stains on the sheets, flickering lights, and long HAIR on shower curtain. Horrible horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Staff was highly professional and timely in whatever duties they were performing. Day shift manager was available and always willing to stop and answer questions or just talk with his guests. Rooms facing the highway are not conducive to a good nights sleep. Walking into the facility area is covered in cigarette butts from guests not properly disposing them. They’re an eyesore and run a slipping hazard when mixed with water or snow.

The hotel was located in a congested area just outside of Boston. The entrance to the parking area was a bit difficult to find in the dark. Parking worked out well as we were parked close to a back entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and neat with good amenities. Nice breakfast was included. Some street noise, but not too bad. Would definitely stay there again.
