Poor house keeping. TV didn't work. Towel was dirty. Coffee cups were dirty. The front desk guy took care of everything. He was awesome!

Customs can be slow at times so prepare to spend 15 to 45 minutes on the bridge in traffic.

Pretty bridge and good views of the locks and water as you drive over. It's a 2-lane bridge and traffic can back up approaching customs checks. Getting into Canada involved answering 2 or 3 questions. Returning to the US involved a 20-30 wait on the bridge and answering a dozen questions. $4 (US) to cross the bridge.
