Pool not open. Water on floor. Check in took 45 minutes. The clerk was kind but there seemed to be a computer problem. It was not acceptable.

Staff was nice but the room was in terrible condition. It was dirty and I heard other hotel guests complaining about finding beg bugs in their rooms. Hotel management needs to do a better job at maintaining this property. I will never stay there again!

Dirty dirty! Urine and feces on wall in bathroom. Stains all over carpet. White bedspreads had stains all over. Room smells like mold. Elevators broken. Do NOT stay here or waste your money!

This was the worst property i have ever stayed at, we had been driving all day, got in about 10:00pm got a phone call at 10:02 saying there was a noise complaint we was stomping we literally just walked in the room. She said oh well if i have to call back you can find somewhere else to stay. We have 3 kids, one with a disability so it’s kinda hard to be completely quiet. Then the room was not clean there was stuff in the floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed, it had a weird smell, and the a/c didn’t work. And the pillows was so uncomfortable , i will never stay here again or at any comfort suites !

Common areas were okay but our sheets were stained and blood on the top sheet. Something on the headboard and I don’t even want to guess what that goo was … exhausted after a day of travel and since there were two beds we just used the one that looked okay.

Should be more than one person on at night. Longer wait than expected to get checked in. Maybe we were a little tired and impatient but waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Im a big check over the room for bed bugs before we unpack anything or do anything. Floor is not swept very good. Food between kitchenette and the wall. Aquafina bottle next to heater under a curtain. So was not cleaned thoroughly. No sheets in the room for the extra pull out bed.
