Nice hotel...very comfortable. Great location for access to River Street (literally right across the street) and walking distance to other parts of the Historic District. Hotel sits on a busy street, but road noise was very minimal in our room that was on the 2nd floor right above the busy street. Bed was super comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, and many bread options. Fridge and coffee maker in room. The Front Desk staff were all very nice and helpful. Extra bonus is the complimentary concierge that has a desk in the lobby. She was extremely helpful with setting us up with tours and showing us how to navigate the city on the map. Also gave us great recommendations for places to eat. I would stay here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent. You can walk easily to all sightseeing and slog the river. Go and see the plant and the area around. The hotel facilities are very good and there is coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast is not bad, a usual American breakfast with some eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and sausages. There’s parking on streets if you don’t want to pay 40 bucks for the valet. Savannah’s city website makes it easy to pay on the phone via app.

Loved being in the middle of the historic district with a view of the river. River Street was just across the street with lots of shopping & restaurants. Definitely will return!

We could see the River from the pool area on the roof. The view able us to see the large vessels that passed through. It was very interesting to view.

This hotel had the perfect location to all places to visit within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice, clean. Some things could be upgraded such as carpets and sound proof windows and balcony doors. We had a room with a balcony and even with the door closed the noise from the street was pretty loud. It didn’t bother us at all but I can definitely see how it could be pretty disturbing to other people. We could have used some small chairs for the balcony. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Stayed on the 7th floor, room had a riverfront view ( paid extra for). Bathroom floor was horribly sticky and there was a used washcloth left in the bathroom.

Había que llamar todos los días para que fueran a limpiar la habitación, en la tiendita del hotel se terminó al agua el primer día y nunca repusieron, el servicio de valet parking además de caro muy malo hasta 30 min me tocó esperar por el vehículo, al final un Holiday Inn no se puede esperar más

The rooms had been sprayed with some type of cleaner fruit sent that drove me crazy the first night I could not sleep because of it and coughed all night. If you are sensitive to smells like me there is nothing that can be done about it! The beds were hard and pillows fair. Better get down for breakfast by 9 because after 9:30 there is nothing left and the doors will close a few minutes before 10 if you are not an early riser! I argued with Expedia and the Hotel back and forth about paying for valet parking that I did not want so do not choose that option you will not get your money back. There is a parking garage beside hotel we paid for and one around the corner if they are full. Convenient to River street

Hotel is perfect location for walking downtown Savannah and River Street. Complimentary breakfast was good. Parking garage next to hotel is somewhat convenient rather than $45 valet…checked into room and there was food from previous person left in the fridge in a to-go container. Who knows what else wasn’t cleaned properly. Next morning I tried to go to the pool and the room key wouldn’t work. There was a line of people waiting for maintenance to open the door and after 30 minutes I gave up. I booked this hotel to enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub and we couldn’t even use it. Unfortunately, I will not return to this hotel for my next trip. Customer service needs some adjusting.

Homeless encampment in the historic district. Don't need an alarm clock, as a result of all the traffic noise in the early morning hours! Car parking at the entrance is confusing as there is a large do not enter sign?????
