The property is under major construction. I was on a floor where all the windows were open in the rooms that weren’t being used made me feel unsafe. Also the room I stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. I do like that they had hot fresh breakfast every morning. Outside of that I think the condition it’s in is not worth $100 a night.

Hotel was clean except 3rd floor, my floor, was under construction which left us no access to elevators when coming and going, room keys would reset 2 times a day and had to make a trip to lobby to get room keys reset, tried everything from keeping away from phone and credit cards as we were told that was the issue but continued to happen, breakfast was good, room was good

The room was nice, however the beds are way too tall. Being under 5' tall I had great difficulty getting into the bed. The bathroom outlet for the coffee maker and hair dryer did not work and the toilet seat was loose. The staff was friendly and room was clean.

Our stay was great! Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean. Gave a recommendation on where to eat, food was very good! Would stay there again.Was first leg on our trip to the east coast!

Comfy bed but had smell of cigarette smoke
Hotel was fine except for a non- smoking hotel there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke both times we stayed there. The first time we asked to be moved to a different room and the staff was happy to accommodate us. We went out for dinner and when we came back the new room smelled of cigarette smoke.

We chose the Comfort Inn for convenience. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location. Reasonably priced too.

They did not have my reservation and when we called on my cell phone and the motels land line, the connection kept disconnecting. The message on the internet said there was no connection. I had to go to a Holiday Inn in the same town because the Comfort Inn was sold out and never found my reservation. I am very disappointed in your service

Quiet hotel with great vibe
I loved this hotel! I am very sensitive to noise. It was quiet! And clean. And had a very calming vibe. The front desk staff and cleaning people were very nice and helpful. Hugo at the front desk let me chamge my room when the first room was noisy. He came up and moved my things for me. Bed and pillows comfortable. The gym was great, machines all in good conditon. I loved it here.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was good. The downside was the location. Very hard to get in and out of the hotel parking lot on the very busy road it's on.
