Very nice stay clean and quiet . Employees were nice and accommodating the room was clean and so was the pool area . The breakfast area was also clean.

Érica the Manager on Duty was a joy, helpful and pleasant. When I travel for volley ball again I’ll recommend this location as the other location I stayed at in November 2923 had bed bugs and we hit bit

This was our third stay at this property. We always feel welcomed and safe. The staff is friendly. The location is close proximity to shopping and dining. We will stay again when we come to the area.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was not up to standards. The fruit was old. The danishes were stale. The boiled eggs still had the shell on and were old as the shell would not come off without destroying the egg. Biggest complaint I have is the omelettes. They had green peppers. Believe it or not, some people are allergic to them.

Not clean
The room had a smell of overpowering men’s cologne. There was a clump of black dried mascara on the sink counter. Later walking toward the bathroom I could see something under the shelf of the sink after looking there was someone’s sock and a water bottle cap on the floor. The shower curtain was torn. I don’t think the sheets were changed either. The smell of the men’s cologne was overwhelming.

Horrible customer service and no accountability
We booked two rooms for a business trip and our reservation was changed without contacting us. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds. They had one available, but not the second because it was changed to a single bed, was what we were told. The front desk worker didn't tell us anything had changed, but yet followed us to our room, removed the working ozone machine and we noticed there was only 1 bed, he THEN explained that was the only room available for that night. Half our party had to relocate to another hotel with NO help from the staff here.

Black Mold
There was black mold in the grout between all tile in the bathroom. Outside of that and the mildew along the caulking in the shower, not too bad of a place to stay. Bring your own bleach to sanitize the bathroom.

We will stay again ...pleased with room... Breakfast was iffy French toast was cool (we ate between 9 and 9;30 ) On second day eggs were gone by 9:30. Your pantry selections were good.

I had done an online check in and selected my room. I had some issues with the digital key and couldn't retrieve the key to my room. When I got there, I learned my room I digitally checked in was issued to someone else. I was advised rooms were double/overbooked and was given a room upgrade. I was pleased with the room as it was my 12th year anniversary. Check in was smooth and the front desk was super helpful. The digital key didn't work so I had a get a physical key which wasn't a big deal. Complimentary breakfast didn't look appealing so I didn't eat it. Looked cheap and low budget lol Overall, enjoyed my stay and will be back!
