The hotel was so dirty I felt uncomfortable with the idea of showering there. I was grossed out in every way… and even had trouble sleeping. There was dirt and grime on everything, a huge bug, no batteries in the remote control, rude staff, and it was a waste of money. This place wasn’t cheap either… I was very upset with this stay.

A place to lay your head
Nothing fancy about this place. The best thing about it is the easy access to I-10. Ceiling floors are not sound proof, TV, fridge, and sink is the just of it. Don't expect any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash...there are towels though.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Check-in was good, able to put us in a ground floor room as we were traveling with a pet. Room temperature was to our liking. BUT, the room was filthy. The paint was peeling off the bathtub, trim was peeling off tub and walls, stains on walls and door frames were not washed off. Dead bugs/spider webs were under headboard and on floor, live roach in tub, luke warm water in shower. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I checked in and went to the room to turn ac while we went to eat .. came back a little after an hour and the room was still hot so i called front desk and was told ac takes longer to cool ... mind you that was at 10pm .. by 1 it was still hot so they changed us room.. and the room never got cold 😥... my daughter's had a game the next more and were very uncomfortable all nighy

We were very disappointed in the appearance of the property. Appears to have an abandoned van in the truck parking area. Dead shrubs and dirty parking area. The rooms appeared to be clean and attractive. We had to switch to a different room as the 1st room's deadbolt would not close. The new room was hot because the air-conditioner was not turned on. I believe as a money saving tactic. My biggest complaint is that the 2 Staff persons I made contact with appeared to be unfriendly. I smile goes a very long way in pleasing the customers.

Seriously DO NOT STAY HERE!
Our AC was out & waiting for parts. If I could have afforded any other place I would have left. When I say bring your own supplies I mean everything! They don’t have tissues but I had to sweep the dead bugs out of the room, kill the flies, mop the floors, clean the toilet, & use my own sheets. The lobby had dead bugs everywhere and I was met with annoyance when I asked for enough pillows & towels. The entire place smelled like piss when you stepped outside. There was trash piled up in front of our door. No drain plug to give the kid a bath. The sheet oh god the sheets. Stained, cigarette burned holes and crusty with I don’t want to know what. The room and lobby smelled bad. There were water stains on the ceiling. More bugs all over the floor every day. Wasp & birds nests outside the door & near ice machine. The flood lamps were so bright in the parking lot that you couldn’t tell day from night even with the curtains closed. Bathroom doorstop was some plastic shoved in a hole and the molding was falling off the walls. The photos were not accurate to what the place looks like. Different beds & furniture. Looks like they used stock photos from another hotel. Worst stay of my life and avg about $100 a night after tax, a complete ripoff.

While staying at this motel the first room that I was given was full of flies when I brought this to management they gave me a new room which had unaligned doors that didn't allow me to fully latch the deadbolt or close the bathroom door at all, the smoke detector was missing, while staying in this room I went to plug in my phone charger in the bedside table in between the two beds when I did it fell directly onto my bare toe causing the nail to crack all the way down and bleeding when I called the front desk and had them come to the room they were completely unhelpful only giving me an email address and blaming me for the incident even though the bedside table was installed completely wrong only being propped up on a piece of plywood they drilled in the wall that didn't even span halfway across the thing having the bedside table placed on top of it on the flimsy back part that's only there to cover up any wires. They refused outright to write a incident report and said they couldn't do anything and they had no medical supplies other than Band-Aids and when I asked for the number for the manager they gave me the number to the hotel instead.

The place was duty, the shower tub had lots of hair from previous guests, only one towel for 4 people. Had to wait to check in, it looked like the receptionist was sleeping and was ringing the bell and calling the front desk for help.

It's close to a convenient store (next door) and a Jack In The Box for quick grab and go meals. It seemed like a safe place to stay as we briefly walked back and forth to the store several times. The staff was nice and informative. We checked out at around 7 AM, as were the oil field workers that were nearby occupants. The room was clean and the AC worked very well. They did include a $50 deposit in addition to the price. which we will await for return.

This place is terrible, there were stains all over the walls, in the bathroom it looked like feces was wiped off of the walls, bugs everywhere. Homeless population hanging out in the parking lot. We attempted to check out in the office and no one was there.

first they had me wait, don't know for what. two other customers went before me and they had trouble with there credit card machine. they took me and they had trouble with my card to, until they used the other credit card machine. they were not freindly at all. not impressed with the room either. towels were very thin. they didn't do room service, we stayed there two days. did get to get towels from cleaning lady. tv never worked we had to just see one channel or be clicking on channels to see which one worked. never stay there again.
