No ones clean the room . Stayed for 3 nights in 3 different room has 3 different mattress and soo poor quality : was on painkillers for rest of the week . Funny things on my last day the housekeeper lady knocked on the door at 10 :30 am saying My last day like i meant to leave 12pm she woke up us then just left the hotel after an hour and had a word with the people at the front desk . They’re saying we should had come and say clean the room . But on the 3rd room we got someone cleaned it ….

Nice Staff Poor Hotel
Neighbourhood was very rundown. Car park smelled of sewage. Although room was clean, the shower did not work properly. We had to change rooms initially as the first didn’t have a locking door. There were wires showing around the hallway and fuse boxes all left open. Staff were very nice but would not stay here again

Good Value Short Walk To City Centre
Pleasant, contemporary Hotel, slightly tired looking, but in a good location with helpful staff. An easy 10/15 minute walk across the Siene to the city centre and Cathedral. Parking is in a safe, but slightly convoluted to find, multi storey carpark around the back of the Hotel which does have it's own door into the Hotel lobby.

Poor directions to the hotel, very poor directions to the car parking despite asking twice. Lighting in corridor of our floor very faulty and as there is no air conditioning in the rooms we had windows open and noise from city was disturbing at night

Everything else was excellent
It would help if there was a map to help you to find the parking in the commercial Centre. It is not easy to find when you are foreign visiting a new city.

This is an old tired hotel. The floor corridors are like the flinstones set with flickering lights. The directions to the very hard to find car parking are non existant. Look elsewhere if i were you.

Friendly and Professional staff & Clean room
The check-in went smoothly and the front desk attendants were really nice and helpful. They gave us touristic info and very precise/helpful directions to Rouen historic center by tramway. Parking was easy to access and hotel guests can have a discounted rate for overnight stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. We got up 30 minutes late and missed the time for breakfast (10 am). The staff kindly reopened the breakfast area just for us.

The only thing good was staff’s kindness. Till you ask they don’t give towels, there is no hairdryer in the room, the bathroom is so small you can’t even fit your leg when you sit on the closet, there is no safe, there is no daily cleaning, you need to ask for it, the hotel is in renovation, they disturb you in the day. In brief it is the far worst hotel I have ever stayed. Never ever again…

Un CAUCHEMAR
Une honte! Un calvaire! De l’accueil, en passant par l’accueil et même la facturation. J’ai commandé avec mon profil mais à l’arrivée il n’avait pas mon nom et ils ont retrouvé la réservation que via le nom de la 2e personne avec 10min de procédure. Les chambres, au 6e étage avait des numéros diffèrent sur les portes vs sur les cartes. Des chambres étaient condamnées de manières horribles (vous avez tous les photos/visuels en PJ) La chambre avait une odeur de vinaigre , sans climatisation (32 degrés dans la chambre) Des lampes allumés et sans interrupteur et des fils visibles …. Une honte !! Je souhaiterai un geste

Disappointing quality
Keycard had to be re-activated on the second day. A moldy window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed. Bedframe made surprisingly loud noises simply when lying down or turning around in the bed. And a local man stopped us when we had parked in the street and told us to move the car if we didn’t want someone to break into it. Location was close to the city center, but apparently in a less nice neighbourhood.
