Lilian Shelly previously booked Villa Lalu thru other on Line Travel agent and her booking was cancelled cause she denied to pay deposit and then automatically her booking is cancelled by the system. But finally she turned up using other person name to make booking thru expedia. On her arrival Lilian Shelly and her friend not even entering the villa and refuse to fill the registration form. She moved out straigh away after receiving explanation that we will not reimburse her payment. The next day Lilian Shelly turned up at our Front Desk and demanding the money of her friend and shouting and yelling to our manager infront of other guests and threatning to make bad advertisement of Villa Lalu. She left the hotel after we call the security her for keeping the convinience of other guests. Villa Lalu is shown on google map in the downtown of seminyak.
