For a 3 star hotel there should be at least a bedside table, lamp and means to turn off the lights from bed. The overall condition is well worn. Its one positive aspect is its excellent location. I would not recommend this hotel to the discerning travel.

The beds are too small. Obstacle entering the toilet, easy to fall down. Small window. Small TV No sofa and no side table. No cabinet in toilet, very inconvenient

Aside from having an excellent location, near just about every thing, the hotel is very very basic. Room is extremely small as well as bathroom, no area to even put your large luggage. So if you looking for very basic room with excellent location, this is your place. It’s basically a glorified hostel house.

Super friendly and responsive staff, clean hotel, and incredibly convenient location. Exit 9 at Myeongdong station and you’re right there. Location is just perfect. No complaints, very lovely stay. Definitely will book again my next visit to Seoul.

Rooms are ok size, but only has heater and no AC (not an issue as we stayed during winter.) Main issue was writing a review to have early check-in. Great location to shops and just in front of subway exit.

literally 5 steps from Myeongdong station exit 9. 20 steps feom Myeongdong street. 2 min walk to the airport bus 6015 and 6001, where there’s 2 workers that help u with ur luggages.

I stayed here for a week with my friend and I was absolutely blown away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English which was super helpful for us. They kept the room and other facilities clean which made it super cozy and comfortable. The rooms were small but if you’re only there to sleep it doesn’t matter. The rooms had everything you could need! The hotel sits right in front of a subway stop which was super convenient when getting around. Not to mention you’re just a real short walk from the Myeongdong market and shopping! Plus, there was a 7/11 right next door which was convenient for getting snacks and small meals! Overall, it was the perfect place to stay and I end up back in Seoul again, I know exactly where I’m going!

We stayed at this hotel for around a week. We loved the proximity to the subway station, as exit 9 is right in front of the hotel. The central location in Myeongdong means that shopping and dining are a few minutes away on foot. There is a convenient airport bus to Incheon Airport that you can take. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided a complimentary light breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed every morning. The front desk staff were very nice, and spoke English well. One thing to improve on would be the bathroom exhaust fan. Every time we showered, the bathroom would become very humid, and the fan didn't seem to do too much. There could be more surfaces in the bathroom to place toiletries. The carpets could be cleaner as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and would choose to stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Skypark III. Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, location perfect for shopping and transport links. Myeongdong is a very tourist-y area but the hotel is right outside the station exit so it is easy to go anywhere. Major attractions like palaces and Bukchon village are all walkable from the hotel too (<20 mins). The 7/11 downstairs has seats for when you need to grab a quick meal and the Daiso opposite has everything you could have possibly forgotten in your suitcase at a fraction of other prices. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Seoul especially for the first time.

Wifi is horrible!!! Location is the inly good thing about this place, everything else including staff are horrible. Very dated rooms and shower barely has pressure, front desk mainly don’t speak english. Would not stay here

We stayed in the Princess Suite on this trip as we managed to clinch a very great deal. It is always great to make reservation much earlier. Everything in the room are decorated in pink. The room are well cleaned and staff are generally very friendly. The Myeongdong subway is just outside the hotel. Very convenient location.

Skypark Myeongdong III located in a very convenience location. Just 5 minutes walk from the Airport Limousine bus stop and right in front of Myeongdong station 9. The hotel offer simple package breakfast, free water in the room. I didn’t interact with the staff much except for checking in and out, they seems friendly. Given the price and location, definitely will book again next time I’m in Seoul.
