The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian... I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten. The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian... A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Generally speaking, It was awesome. The food, the stuff…everything was incredible. Finding Parking space was a bit of an issue. Otherwise it was amazing.

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

A memorable week in Bellis
It was a great family experience. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) We all enjoyed every moment spent at Bellis from the day we checked in till the 6th day of our check out. - Staff are very friendly. They speak three languages (turkish,russian mainly, and some English in addition; two or three speak Arabic also) - Food was very tastey and from different cousins - Room was very nice and the view was amazing. They gave us a welcoming wine and a bowl of fruits. Mini bar was free and filled daily. - Daily activities for adults and kids. They were presented in three languages Turkish, Russian, and English. - All pools were clean and crystal clear. - Two aqua parks one foe adults and one for children. - Pony kids club is a play ground for kids with more than 4 staff to take care of the little ones. They have several daily activities for kids from 9 am till 11 pm. - Beach is large, clean, and well served. - Free drinks are served in all bars that are distributed in all areas. - 7 restaurants ( 4 of them need previous reservation and three are free) Over all it was an amazing stay for us as adults and our kids were in paradise. Food was the best part
I spent a week here for work. The positives: The food was good, the service was also very good. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were replenished most days, the coffee shop had great coffee selections. The servers in the restaurant and coffee shop were very friendly and helpful. The negatives: The room I was in was incredibly hot; the thermostat was not working and I had to leave the door open to keep the room tolerable. There were pieces of broken glass on my bathroom floor part way through my stay. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors and noise from the hallway clearly. Everything outside was closed so I can’t comment on the pool, etc. The exercise room was well equipped, however there were several soccer teams at the hotel and they would book the room for their use and this limited the times we could get in there. Some of the staff were more helpful than others, especially at the front desk. The price was very reasonable but there were many things that needed improvement.

(Nov 2018) - Grounds of the resort are rich in greenery and foliage. - Food was available in either main restaurant or patisserie at almost all times. - Very few members of hotel staff spoke English but those few who did were helpful. - Food was disappointing for vegetarians, very limited choices - eg. mash potato and rice contained chicken bouillon, gelatine in practically all deserts and some items listing only vegetarian ingredients ended up containing meat.

I liked the hotel very much, - very clean, beautiful place, friendly stuff, very good internet speed shows which are arranged every evenings are worth hotels cost (five star) - although food was very good, and lots of choices, i think still needed a little bit improvement, comparing to some other hotels of the same cost (four and half star) - and time for aqua park was very limited (four star)

Exceeded my expectations
The place is fantastic and is beyond my expectations in all aspects. They even left complimentary bottle of wine in my room. My only bit of reservation was that the rooms are rather tiny. It’s OK if you are alone but it would be kind of crowded even for a couple. Nothing the hotel management could do about that though, I guess.

I will not recommend this place for anyone . It does not even feel like 5 stars. Maximum 3 and it is a very dry place. Furniture in room very old and the be was very uncomfortable. The TV was not stable. Towel holder in bath room was falling all the time . Food not great. Every day the same stuff. The indoor pool very cold. The morning shift at the reception very dry and not helpful. I ask for a pharmacy and Anna at reception said it was 25 minutes away but when I took a taxi it was just outside the hotel. The afternoon staff at reception very nice. The one on the morning are always the same . The general feel of the place not good . None of the workers in main places such as coffee shops do not speak English . You feel that you are in a big prison. Just eat and sleep. No one to help you with sightseeing a or entertainment Do not book yourself there period

Beautiful resort and hotel.
When we arrived there reception staff were stood talking amongst themselves and ignored us! When we did finally get seen we were given a double room with single beds, I paid for a family room with a sea view, after making a fuss they changed and put us into the room we ha paid for. This was a birthday surprise for my husband and I had requested the birthday package however the cake etc arrived on the 2nd day so the whole excitement had died. The hotel and resort itself is absolutely beautiful everything is close by. I'm 7 months pregnant so paid the extra for a great service this was not delivered. That said once all the above was sorted we had an amazing holiday. It's brilliant for kids my 2 year old was never bored lots of activities and food to keep her busy x

First night was terrible....hotel has poor AC!!
Booked a double bed and travel cot for my 6 month old baby, arrived at the hotel late at night to find two single bed joined together and no travel cot..when we asked them for a double bed...a cleaner simply put a large bed sheet which covered both beds....but wait for it…no double quilt. By 2AM that night they were still sorting it out, while dealing with trying to make a 6 month old sleep..i said leave me alone tomorrow i will complain...after complaining the next day to the reception manager...initially they were refusing to help us, once mentioninig we would post online, they got a bit supportive in trying to help us  We were finally moved to a family room. This room was more suitable for my family, however the air conditioning was terrible, something we later established across the hotel was extremely poor, considering outside it was 34 deg on an average day…this was really discomforting, especially when you have a 6 month old to contend with. The main restaurant, while the food was amazing, really good variety and really good for children..the lack of air condition really made eating there a extremely uncomfortable dining experience. I would 100% go back to Antalya as the weather was Amazing, while the food was awesome in Bellis Deluxe, I am really shocked how they treat customers and the lack of air conditioning for a 5 star hotel is really off putting.

Nice stay
We enjoyed the facilities, but air conditioning was not good. Gym resort has no windows and no air cindition, affected my daily routine. The resort has nice nightcs shows for adults, yet not various for children. There is delay in cleaning the room.

Over all not a bad hotel. definitely not a 5 star..3 at most....beds are hard, air conditioning in rooms and lobby horrible ....specially in the hot humid weather...some of the staff members not friendly at all....wouldn't go back...

Not good for English speaking visitors !
This hotel is definitely not a 5 star for North American standards 3 star at most. All activities are geared toward the 90% Russian tourists at the resort. You have to pay 10€ Per person for the alcarte restaurants and extra for any premium alcohol or wine. So not truly an all inclusive. took 1 hour to check in and were not given a proper room we paid €120 to upgrade. Stay away turely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel for this one!
