Cabin isn’t what’s posted
From the minute I walked into this cabin I could tell it was different than what’s posted in the pictures. The refrigerator that’s in this cabin was an old solid white one, unlike the picture posted. The couch was broke down and ripped in several places, the jacuzzi jets wouldn’t work, the hot tub buttons wouldn’t work, in the “theatre room” there was no screen or projector and it was just a basic tv. It also wasn’t very clean. I sat my son down in the floor and he was covered in dirt and nasty within 5 minutes of being there. Also, several of the light fixtures wouldn’t work. So NOT at all what I expected compared to the pictures. The owners of this cabin need to update their pictures for accuracy.

Great location but poorly set up.
Great location, multiple route to avoid The Parkway traffic. The cabin was super easy to drive too with plenty of room for a truck and full size SUV. Super clean inside!!! But…only one butter knife and two spoons. No hooks anywhere for towels, robes, or jackets. Total of maybe 8 hangers between the two bedroom closets. More guest friendly items need to be implemented.

Very nice Cabin. Clean & close to all our destinations. Only suggestion is for updated couches due to lack of comfort if sitting for extended period of time, OK for shorter time periods. Text updates and reminders from VACASA were helpful . Keyless entry was nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property was not right on top of any other cabins. It felt a lot more private than most of the cabins in the area! I also loved that there wasnt a long list of cleaning to do before checking out!! Everything about this property was great! Oh, and the beds were really comfy!

Filthy and lots of things either broken, didn't work or ripped. Furniture completely wore out. pool sticks broken. Hot tub lights did not work. ac filters have not been changed in years. filth and dust on ceiling fans in bedrooms. No light bulbs in bedroom fan light. Deck around filthy grill was also filthy. Plus other things. stay away until work gets done on this property

The seating was ripped downstairs (I took pictures.) so we never used the media chairs besides the chest was broken & afraid to open lid. The couches and beds were uncomfortable. There was no working lightbulbs in the upstairs bedroom. The water main was broke outside so water was pumping out of the ground and lowered water pressure. The silverware was minimal so not everyone had utensils to eat with. The dishwasher racks was rusted out. There was minimal towels & washcloths so we had to reuse & share washcloths. The most of outside light didn’t work so we never used the hot tub. The blinds you couldn’t open nor close because missing the rod to do that. I will not ever stay here again. I will hesitate to use Vacasa again.

very clean and quiet. i recommend bring extra towels. great location and seen plenty of wildlife. the only complaint i can give this cabin is the couches could use some updating. i would recommend this cabin to anyone definitely seeing me and my family staying here again in the future.

Not clean. Sheets were nasty. Hair all over them.
I need a refund. This was disgusting. I sent pictures to Vacasa, but the sheets were covered in hair and clearly had just been slept on for multiple nights. Barely slept because no other blankets were provided.

Very quiet area, good location for our weekend stay & wedding event! Cabin was clean & plenty of room to move around! Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck! Few suggestions would be to add some additional silverware, new iron & look at updating the main living room sofas, but not a deal breaker!

We had such a great couples weekend trip away!! The house was close to everything we needed (Piegon Forge & Gatlinburg). Plenty of room for everyone!! We were disappointed the house wasn’t decorated at all for Christmas (we went Christmas week). There are a couple things that needed attention: the couches are VERY hard and uncomfortable, the hot water heater was terrible-out of how water before the jacuzzi tub could fill up, exterior needed some attention (trash in yard, cobwebs in windows,etc.), and the lack of kitchen supplies. If you wanted to cook, you need to bring EVERYTHING you could need to cook- kitchen doesn’t have a lot of supplies (pans, etc.). It would be nice to have a “welcome book” with directions for things in house (hot tub, TVs, etc. ) All together, we were please and would visit again.

Mattresses & couches completely worn out. Couch literally falling apart & no padding. Mattresses caved in & slept awful. Hot water did not last very long. Took cold showers. Iron was broken & ironing board had no padding. Too expensive of a place for poor amenities.

Comes up just a little short……
When we arrived the basement sliding door way opened. They was food found under end table in living room beside kitchen. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Drain in basement bathroom seemed to be slow to drain. Outside decking and rail look like they could use some attention. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone until some things get corrected.

We were greeted by a musty smell followed by dirty towels behind upstairs bathroom, bloody bandage in downstairs bathroom floor, beer caps in hot tub, dirty sheets on sofa bed, and partial broken bed in downstairs bedroom. I had to rewash the pots and pans to cook because of dried food left on them. I should receive a partial refund because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting through VRBO.

Daughters Birthday Trip
Overall this property was overpriced for what you get. I expected much more. The location is convenient however the property itself was not clean. The oven handle was broken and hanging by one side. The couch had exposed springs and stains. The beds were awfully hard and the floor would’ve probably been just as comfortable. The hot water ran completely out within 10 minutes of the first shower, with 5 guests you can imagine this was a huge problem. When reported, I was told it was “normal for these cabins to not have much hot water”. The upstairs fireplace was not working, when reported I was told “Yeah it looks like it’s been that way for awhile so it’s turned completely off”. The hot tub was nice but could’ve been cleaner. Thankfully it was a short trip and we were able to deal with the negatives and still enjoy my daughters birthday. However, due to the issues and high cost associated with this property I would not book again.

Beautiful property, beautifully decorated. On the surface everything was beautiful. Once living in the property it was evident that the property is worn. The couches were awful. Downright dangerous for a 3 year old as there was absolutely no padding left on the arms or backs of the couch or loveseat. The pull out bed was broken and had to be propped up in order to use it which left the head of the bed down hill. There were dirty linens left on the pull out bed. The bathrooms were gorgeous and clean. The kitchen well appointed and clean aside from dirty dishes in dishwasher and in cabinets. The dishwasher did not work. The entertainment space was great with the pool table and the theatre. There are no blankets provided. The pull out couch was only provided with linens, no blankets or pillows. There were plenty of towels provided. When I read the original description of the property it indicated there was 2 beds in the one bedroom. The pictures did not indicate that so I messaged them to clarify. I never received a response. When we arrived it was evident there were not 2 beds in the second bedroom. The listing still has listed as a queen and a king beds but there are 2 king beds which is very nice, but we were hoping for 2 beds. The listing has since been changed to indicate a pull out couch. Overall a beautiful quiet property which we enjoyed staying in. The hot tub was clean. The grill would not light so we just cooked inside.
