Great place to stay close to but not in the middle of main tourist locations.
The property had everything we needed to relax as well as keep us entertained during our stay. The owner was excellent with communication and worked with us when we needed to check out a little late due to being sick during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay
Our stay was short but amazing! We arrived very late due to road conditions and the property owner was beyond amazing! He checked in with us. Very easy to get ahold of! The cabin was beautiful and excatly how it’s posted! View is amazing and it was so comfy. We for sure will be staying here again when we come back down!

Amazing stay
Every aspect of my family's stay was amazing. It was a perfect way to spend Christmas with family. Roger was incredible from the initial booking to the checkout process. He responded quickly and answered every question. He even made sure I had his cell phone number in case I had any problems. The property was clean and beautiful. Everything was perfect. I have rented a lot of properties over the years, and I have stayed in a lot of cabins in the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area. This was the cleanest cabin, and the most personable owner I have ever experienced. I plan on renting the cabin again in the future, but I will look for a summer date so my family can better utilize the lake. Roger, Thank you for sharing your home with us over the holidays. My family and I have made memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks, Steve

Nice get away
The cabin was perfect for our get away. It was very peaceful and the view was breathtaking. Checking in and out was super easy and the host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!
We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. The view and the amenities were perfect! The fabulous hosts provided everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We loved being close enough to everything for convenience but far enough away that you could enjoy the peaceful mood the mountains provided! We are looking forward to staying her again soon!

Christine’s Paradise was exactly what we were looking for
Beautiful view of Douglas Lake with two levels to view from. The kitchen was perfectly arranged for a breakfast with the family. From early morning coffee to late night billiards and ping pong, I would definitely recommend this for a family get away. The insulation throughout the house was more than sufficient for family games and sleeping babies. Thank you Roger for being a comfortable and reliable host.

Amazing view
This cabin was perfect for our weekend family get away. It’s close enough to all the attractions but far enough to feel secluded. Very peaceful stay and an amazing cabin with great views! Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at his mountain home. The place was really nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was quiet and had a hot tub which was nice. We would recommend it to any family traveling to the area.

Loved Christine's paradise cabin
It was very clean and nice description was pretty close some how I thought it was going to be bigger but still perfect for my family came with everything u will need to help make stay more enjoyable it was wonderful i couldn't of asked for better

Beautiful property that was enjoyed as a family get away before Christmas. We felt at home as soon as we walked in and saw it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely time at Christines Palace!
This was a great property in an excellent location to allow us to do activities in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg When not exploring the area there were plenty of things to do at the house, video motorcycle game, ping pong, pool and hot tub of which we enjoyed all. The kitchen was fully equipped and lacked for nothing. Roger was an amazing host. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Family getaway
When we arrived we were able to find the cabin with amazing directions given by host. Cabin was in a perfect location with a perfect view. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Now here is the part of why I gave such a perfect cabin a 1 star. Bed bugs in the master. We went to bed with them crawling on us. Stayed up all night washing and drying clothes and putting them in car in garbage bags. We threw our luggage away to keep us from bringing bugs home. Contacted the host and got I am sorry for any inconvenience. That's it. Beware master bedroom was infected with bedbugs.

My response was-Thank you for letting me know. I know that is very unpleasant. I will call our pest control company and also send them a text message today. Please accept my apologies. I hope other than that you all had a great time. Roger (end of quote) you came in on Friday and checked out on Sunday morning at 8:32 am. You never contacted me about any problem until Sunday morning at 7:25 am. This was 67 minutes before checking out. You should have contacted me as soon as you found any problem. We have a contract with a pest control company who regularly monitors the cabin to prevent any pest problem. We pay our housekeepers more than we charge guest to perform extra cleaning and sanitizing. We do everything we can to prevent any problems and strive to earn a 5 star rating. We have 85 -5 star reviews on VRBO . We try to earn our rating by providing a very clean and sanitized cabin and by providing many amenities. We voluntarily offer early check in to guest when we know the cabin is ready for check in.

Slammedenuff 2022 cabin stay
We rented this cabin for the nice views and location! The cabin was very clean and looked exactly like what was shown in the pictures. The washer and dryer worked well. Dishwasher worked, Shower had hot water, hot tub was hot! The only thing that would have been nice to know for us car show go-ers, was what the driveway looked like as it was a gravel incline which was rough to get up. Other than that it... Great cabin and great host! 👍🏼

Great host with amazing view
We for a long weekend birthday getaway. Host was great with communicating prior and at visit with a few questions we had. The home was very cozy with at the amenities you will need. It was great to wake up with a coffee every morning to over view the lake with hearing the birds chipping and great at night to have a few drinks near the bonfire or to soak in the hot tub.

Lacking Boat Ramp Access
Upon arrival there was a minor hiccup with the door code, but the host was very responsive and provided a functional code. Boat ramp access is not good. The community ramp is narrow and rough. Once we found it, we decided a pontoon would be a nightmare backing it due to confined limbs and rutted road. It would have been a pretty long backing. There was no available parking at the ramp. The cabin is beautiful with a breathtaking view. The neighborhood was a little rough looking, but we didn’t have any trouble. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. I would definitely go back if I didn’t need a boat ramp close.

Thank you for your review . The Boat launch area is more suited for smaller boats and not a larger pontoon boat. There is a public launch area that you can see directly across the lake from the cabin but it requires driving approximately 4 miles to access it.

Magnificent views
This property was clean, well stocked kitchen. Location was just what we needed for the areas of TN that we were visiting. The layout of the house was well thought out right down to the kitchen appliances having low tones not to disrupt other guests staying with you. All the extra entertainment added to the house was a huge bonus for my kids. Endless hours on the ping pong table and in the hot tub. Thank you Roger for allowing us to stay in your amazing rental!

Very nice property. Great views.
Overall property was very nice and in great condition. The views are fantastic. The only advice I would offer is that it is not easy to access the lake. There is a public beach about half an hour away near the dam which was so-so. Spent the day at Soaky Mountain waterpark which was a real winner. A little disappointing the motorcycle game was not working. The owner had someone out to repair it about a week earlier but it did not work while we were there.

Wonderful cabin vacation spot
This is a beautiful cabin close enough to everything to keep the family happy but far enough away to be secluded. Grocery store 2 miles away. Gorgeous view. Roger is very quick to respond and is such a great person. We will be back yet again! Our family loves it!

We loved our stay at Christine’s Paradise! Roger was a great host. We had our kids ages 15-18 and they loved the pool table, ping pong, and hot tub. The location makes it so easy to get to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family getaway!
The cabin was just as advertised and the property manager, Roger, was very responsive. We really enjoyed playing ping pong and pool. The best part was sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view of Douglas Lake. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is beautiful and the view is amazing. Host was very accommodating. On top of checking in with us and if any questions for right back to us. Even though w were wanting to be out and about we also loved coming back to spend time in the home. Even cooked breakfast and dinner a couple times during our stay. Highly recommend

This is a spectacular cabin. The owner was wonderful, check in was easy and the cabin is beautiful. I was very impressed with the extra efforts made to assure the cabin was clean and sanitized. In a Covid world, it’s nice to know they have gone the extra mile. We will be back, love this place.

Perfect Family Time!
Christine's Paradise was the perfect mountain paradise for our family! We loved the amenities provided, cooking a great meal was easy here, and the pool table was a huge hit in the evenings! The view from the decks is post card worthy and we enjoyed plenty of time outside. We were close enough to town, we enjoyed some time at Dollywood & the car show we came to town for, but loved the piece and quiet provided in this location. Roger was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Very beautiful cabin with modern updates and kitchen. Everything was clean, convenient and well maintained. Hotel Vendome towels and quality bed linen; shampoo and conditioner supplied in bathrooms. Convenient to grocery store if you plan to cook. Dryer was tricky but everything else worked fine. Owner is super friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

A truly special place
