Unfortunately, the pool liner has been damaged during your stay and it was the reason why the water level dropped that much overnight. All of the cleaning issues have been addressed and fixed. The shower door has been installed. Sewage smell has been fixed, we had our septic repaired.

We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. This is on us. The septic was repaired on 7/11/22 and they said it was never connected correctly that's why there was a bad smell. There was an accident in the pool during the previous stay so we had to make some adjustments to the water. The sliding door was installed after your check out, we just didn't have enough time to put it in before your arrival. All the cleaning issues were addressed to our cleaning company. We hope to have you as a guest in future.
