The hotel was fantastic. Spacious, clean rooms that were quiet and provided chilled water and good toiletries. We walked everywhere with 30 minutes. Staff were very helpful, booking Flamenco Palace dinner show, taxis etc. Breakfast was on point, good selection of hot and cold items. There was also complimentary hot beverages. No hesitation in recommending Hotel Cervantes

Nice and clean hotel. Employees are kind and easy to deal with. The people at the reception area are so helpful and easy to talk to. Even the cleaning staff are so kind. Nice breakfast. Accessible to all the nice areas.

Building was over 100 years old and unique. We felt it could have done with a small bar area where residents could relax. We felt that it needed a room where residents could shower and change before returning home as we had to vacate our room at 11.00am but we were going to the airport at 7.30pm and had to use the wc to wash and change after being out during the day.

Nice property, not easy to get too in vehicle, bigger vehicles ill have more issues. Strwat is 1 way, if you miss turn can be 10/15 minute detour to circle around. parking is limited. They do have a arrangement with a 24 hour underground parking lot that is about 10 minutes walk away (depending on time of day). Price of breakfast not great (not included in price of room), go down the street to a cafe/restaurant. Not long walk from many attractions/events depending on what you book/intend to do. Staff very friendly and professional, did everything they could to help us. The room itself wasnt that big, enough room for beds and to walk around them, I've stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels with bigger rooms, cheaper prices. Was expecting more for a 4 Star establishment

Very well maintained hotel in the old town. Decent bars and restaurants close by. Walkable to sights. Been to Seville twice, stayed in Cervantes twice & will on next visit.

This hotel in Seville was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the giant wooden mushroom. The room was large and very quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the great looking buffet breakfast, as there were so many local options nearby. Muy Coffee, right around the corner, became our regular morning stop. There is an elevator and a large, airy central courtyard for guest's use. I highly recommend this hotel. We loved Seville and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in historic centre of Seville. Rooms were large enough and very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good service from staff. The only negative to the property is finding it in the maze of narrow streets. Without GPS it is very challenging but we made it after carefully studying Google maps. Parking is 22€

Seville Gem
This is a great hotel that is a fantastic value. Spent 5 nights here kicking off our 5 week tour if Spain. Extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean, and great housekeeping. The only thing we did not try was the breakfast as there were SO many options with a 10 minute walk. Can't go wrong staying here.

The front desk staff were a little grumpy when we arrived but eventually warmed up. The building is stunning with its 3 courtyards with stained glass roofs. Our room was basic and clean. The underground parking is a bonus (although 22 euros/day...ouch) but it looks like it only accommodates 6 or 7 cars.

This property is well known in the city. It is down a narrow street so it seems isolated but it is near the Pillars of Hercukes so there are plenty of choices to eat, shop, and the Hop On bus stop is there.

Very pleasant, upscale hotel with friendly staff. Located in Saville old town, about 20 minute walk from the cathedral and the Alcázar. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Clean. Good breakfast. Good value for the money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious with a very nice courtyard in the common area. The breakfast was also good with a wide selection of food and there were staff members who would check and refill them as needed. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the convenience to the main areas of Sevilla, quick 5 - 20 min walk. Recommended for solo travelers. I wish they would change the breakfast menu daily after a couple of times it's gets old eating the same food.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The building is historic and has some charm to it. However, the rooms are in need of updating and have no character whatsoever . I also had jewelry stolen from room even though I’d left a Do Not Disturb sign on door.

I loved my room overlooking a quiet interior courtyard. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything but in a quiet residential neighborhood that is away from the hubbub. Staff at the front desk are very helpful and gave me some good recommendations.
