“Located in triana, one of the most famous Spanish wards in history.”

The hotel appears from the street side to be an insignificant lodge, but once within the realms of the building it is nice and most of all peaceful. The rooms offer a TV, but no internet service; although guests can access this service via the lobby. I regret that gaining access to a glass of ice, for example, requires either purchase at the restaurant or its request there at the proximities of the lobby, being this somewhat of a downer in hotel service. The room was neat with wooden floor and the beds were firm and comfortable. Either way you go, the bridges that give access to downtown Seville are about a 5-10 minute walk. Easy and safe going no matter what time of day.

Area recommendations
The whole of Seville offers a mirage of places to see. From ancient churches to Roman ruins and arabic remains it offers it all. There are art museums, as well, and theatre and musical activites to ones pleasure. Trains and metro rides offers easy access to regional towns and the outskirts of the province and its beaches.
When to go
I have been to Seville at all seasons. IF you are into religious and social activities one of the best times is during Easter so you can coordinate Holy Week ("Semana Santa") with the processions and cultural events that surround it till the first weeks of May, when the Romerias and Feria occur. Someday is a no, no. Temperatures can rise to 130 degrees Farenheit and moreover, much of the town offers limited services for one's comfort. I prefer early October, for the air is nice and cool and most of the citizens and businesses are back to normal work schedule, which is modified during the summer months till late september.

“Exceeded expectations”

Although we had a little trouble finding our way to the hotel from the airport, once we got there my friend and I were blown away at what we got for the price we had paid. The entire building has free wifi, and there was never any troubles connecting to it. The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful and always friendly and had a smile. As two younger females, my friend and I felt extremely comfortable in the neighborhood and with the hotel itself, as it is a little off the beaten path. One of our favorite things about it was the free breakfast, it was incredible, the best part about waking up in the morning. The location of the hotel was near many little markets, shops, bars and it was close to the Triana bridge. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking to go to Seville on a budget.

“Hotel Zenit Sevilla”

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. What I liked: There is a bus stop and bank ATM just across the street, and a grocery store perhaps 100 meters away. The city center really isn't that far away -- the cathedral is only 1.1 km away. I liked the neighborhood and there is an active shopping, restaurant, bar section near the bridge. My hotel room was too my liking -- though I'm not needing the bells and whistles. The staff spoke reasonably good English. What I didn't like: The walls are thin, I could hear the folks in the next room. Not too distracting, but still wished the walls were thicker/insulated. Misc: I didn't eat at the restaurant, drink at the bar or use the parking lot so I have no opinion there. If you're an English-only speaker, the hotel only has CNN.

Area recommendations
If someone wants to be really close to the tourist spots, Santa Cruz or El Arenal.
Nightlife
I'm into catching the local rock music scene in the various cities I visit. The local music scene seemed to be mainly from Thursday through Sunday. Fun Club has your local bands. Teatro Central has the smaller touring bands. I didn't make it out there, but there is also Sala Q -- focus appeared to be heavy metal.

“Seville Hotel Zenit Stay”

The hotel is not on the street (is a plus because of road noise), rooms are old and beds are not very inviting. Neighborhood is dirty and a lot of construction going on. The triana district is OK, we felt very safe walking around. If you like to walk, access to all tourist places is within minutes walking distance. At night the river by the Isabel bridge with the restaurants is great. Las Golondrinas tapas and bar great service and atmosphere, good service too. Ask the hotel for direction is just a couple blocks away on same street. We had to leave a day earlier and knew that our booking was not refundable, we asked for a complimentary breakfast in lieu of loosing a night charge but were abruptly turned down. Will look for another hotel if we ever go back to Seville.

“Good Little Hotel”

The hotel is very well located in the Triana district across the river within easy walking distance of the historic city centre. The hotel bar area is reasonable although the service is only fair and Its restaurant is not too inviting however there are many easily accessible restaurants nearby. Internet access was provided in the room but in practice was hardly ever available. The lobby area is pleasantly decorated in a Spanish theme but to call it a 4 Star Hotel is a bit of a stretch

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

We arrived in the middle of the night due to a flight delay. The staff at the front desk was very accomodating. Our rooms were held for us and were very comfortable. A short walk over the bridge into the main part of Sevilla was enjoyable. The Triana area where the hotel is also had many good places to eat and drink. Would definetely stay there again.

“Hotel Zenit Sevilla”

Clean moderately priced hotel in the Triana section of Seville. The tourist sights are a short walk across the Triana bridge and the city center is easily reached on foot. We stayed here instead of the city center to visit a relative. The hotel is clean and beds were comfortable. We really liked that the hotel was tucked in off the street, the location kept things quiet at night! We booked a room with four single beds - hard to do in Seville. It was a bit tight and when we asked about a larger room with a sitting area, were told there was nothing else. Not really a problem, we managed. There was always hot water available. On the day before we left they installed a new flat screen TV which was nice. No negatives about this place! We'd stay again. The restaurant tried"too hard" to be upscale and we'd have preferred more simple fare. Restaurant prices a bit high (arent they all?)
