We are sorry that you have this experience with our apartment, as we mentioned that we are Distributed Hotel Apartment, kind of like air bnb theme hotel, so the rooms are perfectly decorated with different themes, while distributed in Shanghai French Concession. As a result, unlike the general hotel, our houses are scattered, also the addresses are different as well. Yet that does not mean that our hotel is inexistent...
