1 mistakenly booked wrong date . But when they called me they didn't said that i have booked on that day. They should have told me that i had booked on that day. But when i said i will be coming on particular date , they said ok without confirming my actual reservation date. Poor service.

Room allotted to me was some what not upto the mark, like few lights and switches were not working properly. I feel the hotel administration is baised towards the room allotment for booking made through online. However overall experience is good.

Hotel was a little far from the mandir but "rickshaws" was easily available. The staff helped with information on timings. Restaurant was good.

Not as good as we Expected
On arriving it was obvious that we were not expected and the reception staff did not seem to be aware of the booking made through expedia. They queried how many nights we were there even though our expedia sheet indicated two nights. The room was not prepared, there was only one towel for two people and no toilet roll or television remote in the room. Also one of the pillow cases had a hole in it. The restaurant service was appalling, orders either did not come or were incorrect. This was not due to a language problem as we had two Indian National friends with us.
