"The property location is very central and convenient. Its a puzzle as to why such a well situated property is so ill maintained - especially as it is surrounded by competitors! The waterworks are leaky, furniture and air conditioner substandard. The food served in restaurant is very poor quality - Cook needs to be replaced. "This hotel is very basic. The rooms are adequate, but somehow rather bare and characterless. They don't like somewhere you would want to spend any more time than necessary, but if you just want to go to sleep, they do the job. Breakfast is manageable but basic.
