We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! The place is located in a convenient area, there are many restaurants around and places to shop that are close by. This hotel is also located quite close to some common tourist attractions which was also nice since it was a walking distance. The hotel itself is cute, it’s a chic hotel style. The staff was very nice, kind and prompt to provide services needed. The only things I would say is that the room was small. And the breakfast was not worth the $14 for buffet style. They do have some great coffee though!!! In both the room and the breakfast room.
