We had the family unit. The air-con sounded like a constant rain downpour, very noisy. There was a lot of black mould inside and around the air-con unit. No windows in unit, which we thought a bit odd.

Staff very arrogant and not helpful. Could not believe hotel refusing to provide bottled water. As a visitor you'll ask questions to local if not sure. Staff behaviour was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Only reason I stayed there for the rest of my stay was convince of surrounding and dining options.

Reception customer service needs improvement
Worst part is I can’t even use the toilet of where my kids checked in, which I paid and booked myself, they arrived 9 pm so I have to book them another day ahead of us, as we arrive the following day, when we arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage, and I need to go to the bathroom, unfortunately they don’t have a bathroom in the lobby Customer service is the reception needs improvement, I understand this is not a high end hotel which I regret staying, however, they can do better than that, being polite doesn’t cost anything. Would never recommend this hotel, the bathroom stinks, sewerage smell is strong

Very small.... First day....Given a room which is not cleaned. No Towels., No Floor Mat., Totally disappointed. In Rooms no ventilation.. If Temp drops... All walls fill with water droplets...looks raining inside

The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean. A bit noisy early in the morning as the cleaning lady start quite early. I recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for but man there's no trade off in booking this hotel.Apart from the location which is not bad, everything else is horrible. Rooms dated, unsafe, bathroom is cramped and slippery, no windows, AC is noisy like crickets singing all night. Stay away from this property at all costs.

A little bit dirty. The toilet doesn’t have separation between shower and toilet and so the water is all over the place. Also, there are no place to put ur shower kits so it will not get wet

Not enjoyable at all.
Very poor hotel. The pictures give no clue as to how tiny the room actually is. Was woken up by housekeeping at 4am, making a huge amount of noise cleaning the empty room next to me. (Despite not bothering to clean my room at any point in the previous 36 hours) This place shouldn’t really be on Hotels.com. It rents rooms by the hour and there’s a constant flow of people with their customers throughout the afternoon. Wouldn’t stay here again, would not recommend to anybody.

Good stay.
Everything was good except there was no water dispenser to refill our water bottle. We know Singapore is safe to drink from the tap but yet not everyone has same tolerance. Feedback for toilet please add a bidget.

Hotel Rooms were way smaller then what they look like. Hotel Staffs did not allow us to see the room before paying the whole amount for the entirety of out stay. Hotel staff's behaviour was really bad

Very unfriendly staff, the room and the toilet were so small There was an electric kettle that was broken, and no replacement was given, no facility to even order for a coffee. Have to walk approx. 1.5KM to get a coffee Very rigid, was told if the checkout was delayed by even one mint they would charge me an additional SGD15

I thought we reserved an upgraded room. Got a queen bed and no window - but a giant, wall sized mirror to make the room feel a bit bigger. There is only 3-4 feet of space around each edge of the bed. It is also an efficiency bathroom where the room doubles as the shower - everything gets soaked. It was clean and felt safe. Noisy neighbors kept us awake into well after midnight.

Congested rooms, Expedia had incorrect information. No windows. Feeling of claustrophobia. Expedia did nothing to solve the problem and we were stuck in the same hotel for 4 days.

When we got to our room, we realized very quickly that it didn't have any windows. This was a family room where 4 people were supposed to stay for 5 nights with no windows!?! And the bathroom was very small with the shower head hanging from the wall just above the toilet. I tried to get them to change us to a room with at least a window, but they told me that all the family rooms had NO WINDOW! We stayed one night and moved to a different hotel for the next four nights.

Lobby smells of cigarette smoke lobby too small and cramped room very small bed was comfy air conditioning works well. Staff ok but could be more caring to ones needs.
