In the heart of sg... Just nearby Orchard Central... Very convenient to get around.. Friendly and welcoming staffs... Showed me to my room.. Prepared a slice of cake for my mum's birthday.. Nice gesture of them... Surprise by their hospitality 😍👍👏👏👏

Have checked into the establishment for a staycation because it was a dog-friendly establishment - and indeed, from the service staff to the residents, we were made to feel very welcome. The executive studio we were in was clean and comfortable - particularly like the sleeping area which was calming and cosy. Only issue I had with the room was that the windows couldn't be opened, and there was a damp smell which was present every time we returned to the room. What impressed most about the place was the staff - they were all extremely friendly, hospitable and professional. And lastly, it is okay to book your stay without breakfast - there are many more food places in the vicinity where you can get tastier and more interesting breakfast.

Only 5-10 min walk from Orchard Rd, the apartments are very spacious, comfortable and the staff very attentive. Great place to stay!

Great location-highly recommend.
Fantastic central location. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I only had the studio apartment but it was perfect for my 4 night stay. Bed Super comfy and the black-out blinds meant I slept like a baby. Personally, I would prefer the a/c was not left running all day when the apartment is empty-save the planet etc. It only takes a few mins to cool the room down when you come back after a day in the heat.

Great location if a little tired internally
It did not start well as the room smelled of smoking and when complained they stated that all rooms were non-smoking which was not helpful. However when we were out they did come up and spray air freshener around the room which helped, and they cleaned the room the next day. Overall it was not bad, a little tired and dated. The air conditioning was very cold and we couldn't really alter it effectively but at least it wasn't too hot!. The concierge/receptionist was very helpful and the location was excellent.

This Hotel is excellent.
This Hotel is excellent. Very short walk to MRT, shopping, food outlets and there's an Irish Pub directly across the road which is open until 12am.Its a great place for a drink and they have bands on. Staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful with any enquiry asked of them. Would recommend this Hotel to families and all travellers.

Quiet in a good location
Booked a 2 bedroom unit here and was pleasantly surprised. Pool on the roof with a spa and great view of surrounding city. The reception staff were fantastic and very obliging. Rooms air conditioned and set up well for this type of property.

Spacious . clean 2BR apt 2 minutes walk from bottom of orchard Rd would recommend I would say 4Star accom , clean modern . Rooftop pool / jacuzzi hard to find where to stop in taxi to unload bags - there is a small pull in drive on EBER Rd which runs parallel to Penang rd , blink & you'll miss it .

Great location, friendly staff.
Really enjoyed stay. Comfortable apartment with all appliances, it even had a coffee machine. Clothes rack for washing also supplied along with adaptor plug. Close to MRT and supermarket and lots of food outlets.

Lanson Place Winsland Serviced Residences Review
Accommodation is very centrally located. It is easy to catch the train or taxi and join any planned day trip. If you want to do shopping, you are right there. It is very quiet and you have no problem sleeping. It is a very pleasant experience to stay at the Lanson.

Clean, western style hotel
About the 2 bedroom apartment The place is a standard western style room. Very clean, very spacious and nice. No frills, but everything is enough as we needed it to be. Finding the entrance can be a bit hard but just give the phone to the taxi driver and the front desk can help to guide you there. The location is perfect, hard to beat. Front desk is friendly as well

No taxi knows how to get too this place, main entry is of in a back street. Limited room service, they use a out source company to deliver, menu is great. But ever different place you order is a min $9.90 for delivery.

Location handy, friendly staff, well equipped
Located near Orchard Rd shopping district, close to MRT, supermarket, excellent bakery. Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights, but this place is equipped to suit long stays with full kitchen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lucky for us we were there for Autumn festival party around the pool, providing a lovely evening with staff receiving long service awards, meeting other guests, pomelo peeling competition and sharing great food. A problem with the washing machine was quickly rectified by replacing it with a new one. Staff happy to organise taxis for you too which saves standing out in the heat.

Worthwhile
We lived in Lanson for 5 days. The location is excellent with close proximity to the MRT. The rooms were reasonably well sized and the place was well equipped. The only drawback was non availability of in house food. But I would love to return back and stay at Lanson.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Lanson place Singapore. From the moment we arrived, they were were nothing but accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My son, being a very active 4 year old, had an accident requiring stitches. The staff member on duty not only recommend the hospital to go to but called ahead to let them know we were coming, got us a taxi, and made sure they knew where we needed to go. We have 3 little kids, and they were great at answering questions, recommending places to go, etc. I could go, but I'll spare you the details...I'm almost embarrassed by what we put them through, but always had a smile on, and helped us in every way possible. Highly recommended.

My initial booking was a studio executive. Upon arrival when showed the room it did not come across exactly as described. The window given in the room did not have any view. It was staring straight out to a blind as it has to block people staring straight into your room. Why call it a window if it stares into a blind. I fell into the trap of the photos and I think it’s only fair if the hotel come clean about this. It was important for me being claustrophobic. I had to upgrade my room as all of their studios had that kind of window facing. The room I got was an executive suite and it was behind my budget. The room was spacious and great. But like I said it cost twice as much.
