Worked great for our purposes. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a fantastic breakfast in the morning, easy on and off the interstate. We will definitely stay here again

Very good value for the price. Right off I-29 with an IHOP and gas station across the street. Nearby the mall and other shopping/dining options. Could be a little cleaner but overall this is a solid place to stay especially for the price.

It was a very nice clean room, i stayed in a jacuzzi suite.It was in need of some cosmetic repair (chipping of the inside of the tub) The button knob falling out a few times. It was over all usable and had a relaxing night. Very quiet, pleasent staff, comfortable beds, breakfast was presented nicely. Overall i would return.

The property is run down. The room was ok , clean with a nice bed . Exhaust fan in bathroom made a terrible screeching noise. Hallways smell strongly of cleaners . We used the stairs as the elevator sounded strange. During our walk down for checkout , on the 2nd floor stair landing there was dog feces scattered around the carpet. That in itself is the main reason I left a poor review. Disgusting!

Greatly appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff as they allowed us to have an early check in! The hot tub is worth it all!!! Rooms were clean a d spacious!! The bed was extremely comfortable for me and my spouse!!! Continental breakfast was also provided!! It was also pet friendly!! I was extremely pleased with my stay!!

We stayed here for two nights while escaping a snow storm in western South Dakota. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast excellent, and the rooms quiet and comfortable. The property is showing its age a bit with worn carpets, and a few places that could use some paint, and in addition, the road it front is all torn up, making it a bit difficult to access. Nice pool and hot tub too. Keeping in mind that it was an inexpensive hotel and that the staff was friendly and helpful, I would stay there again if in Sioux Falls.

The room was very comfortable and the staff member at check-in was very friendly. It was unfortunate that two staff members got into a yelling match just before we left. The hotel is located right next to a restaurant as well.

We pulled into the parking lot and there was only two cars which gave us an uneasy feeling. When we came back from the Mall, it was filled and that gave us better feelings about staying there. When we walked in to check in (which was a little after 4pm - check in is 3pm), there was a man behind the counter. I set my bag down so I could check in. He proceeds to walk out to the back door with an unlit cigarette in his mouth, turned around and saw me and then walked towards us, going past us to the front entrance and smoked. He did not help us. A few minutes later a different man came and helped us check in. I couldn't understand him that well, but that didn't bother me. He gave us great service. When we walked into our room which the lock was loose- it did not feel clean. The outlets were so loose that my hot iron barely stayed plugged in. There were cigarette burns in the corner chair. Just felt musty. We went to our concert and when we got back around 1130. We checked right out and drove home. So honestly can't tell you how the bed was cuz we didn't lay on it at all. I don't think I'll ever book here again. Just didn't seem safe or sanitary to me.

We arrived early and requested a main level room by the pool and was quickly accommodated. The staff allowed us to check in several hours early with no issues. The Hot Tub was perfect! The pool was clean and in great working order. The beds were a little soft to my liking and the pillows were not the best. Shower pressure was low but worked fine. Breakfast smelled amazing; however, we were on the road to our next destination so we were unable to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again!

Nice hotel for passing through. Close to the interstate , gas station, a restaurant etc. pool is basic but clean, good for wearing out kids that have been in the car all day. Great hotel if you are needing to stop for the night and get going again. Hotel does have its worn spots. Bed was broken but sleepable. Hot water was set up backwards. Etc.

Brought my 7 year old daughter here because of the affordability and convenient location to downtown, and Falls Park. We were blown away. Amazing value! Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and quiet, a nice pool and hot tub, and well above average breakfast. We will be back, we absolutely loved this hotel!

Chose this as my overnight accommodation since I cannot drive back home after oral surgery. The place was very accessible and near to different stores. The room I had was okay, it was clean but kinda old and I could slightly hear the cars passing by but I slept well. Breakfast was great since they offer scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy which is something that I couldn't see in other free continental breakfasts. The staff was polite and helpful upon check-in and check-out. Will consider this place next time!

Upon arrival to my room I noticed how unclean it was. I got a room with a jetted tub to help decompress during my long work trip and didn’t feel comfortable even going in as the entire room was dirty.
