Hotel was spotlessly clean and service throughout the hotel was excellent. The hotel was modern, new carpets and modern furnishings. Our room was excellent and the lift takes you up to each floor. The breakfast was superb, very large range of continental plus cooked food such as an English breakfast, the coffee out of the two machines was exceptional. The staff were always so helpful and very nice to chat to, also very knowledgeable. The hotel is 15 mins walk from metro Serdika and easy to find. The pavement before the hotel is uneven and at night it was quite dark so be aware but was very safe in the neighbourhood. Our favourite eaterie was Spaghetti Kitchen bar in Svetla, the food is to die for and cheap, two main meals plus dessert £25, also they catered very well for gluten free. Near the hotel is a local Billa supermarket which has a very comprehensive range of food and drink etc. Overall thankyou to the hotel for a fabulous stay.

Excellent choice
We had such a great staying in this hotel! The room was very comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, big variety of foods. The stuff at the reception and the restaurant very polite and professional. The hotel located in the center of Sofia, walkable distance to every tourist attraction in the center. Will recommend the hotel!

Front desk employees were all very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Main down fall was lack of WiFi in the room. However, WiFi worked well in the lobby area. Good location and great breakfast!

Excellent hotel and location
This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, along with the location being excellent. The breakfast was well done with a lot of choices for everyone. But what really stood out and made our stay so wonderful was Katie at the front desk. She made the hotel feel like a home. We looked forward to seeing her at the start and end of our days. She helped with anything needed and even things I didn’t realize we needed. She is proof people make a big difference in an experience.

My second stay at the hotel and I will be back again. The location, service, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast - all good. Wifi is slow all over and that's the only area for improvement.

It is affordable hotel. The room is good. Well located and excellent services abd price is fare. But the corridors is outdated and they seem to planning to do upgrade soon of the interior. But lobby, outside building, windows and room and food are excellent.

Room was wonderful and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold foods. Area around hotel is good for walking to attractions. WIFI was terrible - we complained but nothing changed

It was a great night stay experience. As a silver member I had a bonus what was very nice of them. Wonderful breakfast, a cozy bed, but kinda tiny bathroom where you can find even body lotion!

I stayed for four nights. First night i couldn't sleep due to air conditioning units outside my window so asked for another room. New room was between lift, restaurant and road which I found ironic however it was actually quiet and had a good sleep. My room, bed, bathroom were all comfortable and clean. Appreciated the drinks tray and fridge. Breakfast had plenty of cold and hot options. Only saw one waiter who was very pleasant and professional. Walking distance to the centre and the sights. As i had a late flight they looked after my bags after check out. I think main advantage of this hotel are the reasonable check in and out times.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Sofia, just 5 minutes from Alexander Nevski Cathedral. The room was lovely with beautiful design touches. It was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
