The hotel stay was wonderful. Beautiful room and jacuzzi tub was great. The other complaint I have is that the fitted sheet refused to stay on the mattress. I was constantly having to fix it

The rooms were dilapidated and run down. Paint was peeling off the ceilings and walls. The entire facility smelled like cigarettes even though they were sure to mention at check in 2-3 times there was no smoking on the premises. The bathroom door was severely damaged. The room entrance door would make a loud noise when it closed.

A good choice if you can get a good price.
Hotel is secluded yet close to all everything. Front desk personnel were excellent. Rooms were clean but definitely well used. It was an excellent value when I booked whic for a short business trip was all I needed.

I would recommend for other customers to get the room with the jucuzzie that was the best part of the stay was sitting in the hot jucuzzie vibing.

The hotel is old and rooms are a little worn. But comfortable bed and great jacuzzi tub with a handicapped entrance if needed! The staff were wonderful! Made us feel comfortable and cared about!! The breakfast area was clean with just enough options. No hot foods except a waffle maker but the juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries were more than enough! We will definitely come back to charming Solomon’s Island and the Quality Inn!

I loved the jacuzzi in my bedroom! So relaxing and fun. Bedroom and tub were very clean as well. I also loved the breakfast - it was a pleasant surprise to see waffles available!

This Hotel is terrible, its outdated, musty and way overpriced. The manager had her 4 children in the lobby bikering and making way to much noice for a place of buisness. We in fact never even slept in the hotel opting to go down the road to a more up to date facitly.

This is always a nice option. It’s by the water. It’s in a quiet area away from a lot of traffic. There was there was a bit of mold in the ac unit vent properly from the moist air from the water. And it could be updated a bit. But all in all it’s not a bad spot for the price. It’s a good deal. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the room seemed clean enough. We’ve stayed here a few times and I’m sure this won’t be the last visit,

The room was horrible. The sheets had food crumbs in them and a stain on the comforter which is disgusting that they werent changed from whoever slept in them last. The tissue box in the bathroom was opened and almost empty, 1 would think a fresh unopened box would be there for sanitary reasons. The mini fridge made loud clicking noises all night making it hard to fall asleep. The battery in the tv remote was dead making it unable to be used. The bathroom light bulb was out. The handle for the sink faucet was broken. Id expect a room like this to come out of in a run down trash motel in a bad area. I will never come back and will never suggest to anyone to go there.

The rooms had the worst smell, mold mildew permeated throughout the hotel I’m sure! While the hotel is located in a beautiful location the building needs to be torn down and a new one be built in it’s place!

Friendly people. A little dusty on some surfaces. Outlet plates, etc. My non-smoking room smelled that lots of smoking was allowed prior to my stay. Smell was in carport curtains furniture. Not the bed linens though. Bed was clean and so was bathroom.

The rooms need extensive renovation. The curtains and bedspread were ripped. The furniture was old. The free breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, yogurt, and coffee that tasted awful. One positive- the people at the front desk were very pleasant and professional.

Weve stayed here before (When other local places were filled). The area is rich in history, and we love the access to the marine enviroment. However, the rooms are dated, with limited views, the a/c was working but needed serious cleaning, and there are no elevators. As were older, likely will pass next time.
