"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount"

"Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. "Wir würden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist super für 5 Personen. Die Betten waren schon fertig und Handtücher brauchten wir auch keine. In der Küche kann man richtig kochen, das ist nicht immer so gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder."
