My stay at the comfort Inn Edison New Jersey was awesome. I have stayed at many comfort ends over the years. Last year I stayed at the comfort Inn in Martin Tennessee and it was a complete disaster. But the comfort Inn. Edison New Jersey restored my faith.

The room reeked of musty smells. The receptionist did give us another room but that was only a tad better. The washroom was only 2-piece with only the bathtub and the toilet seat inside, while the washbasin was outside in the main room and that was a bummer.

I’d give a full five star review if it wasn’t for a slight odor of cigarettes in the non smoking room. I’m not sure what caused that, but that is the only detractor. Everything else was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

A better than expected stay. It can be seen that the property has been updated but is showing signs of maintenance needed. Comfortable room with some traffic noise. Breakfast was basic continental but was fresh and plentiful. Coffee available 24/7 with microwave to reheat if necessary.

The property was poorly taken care of. Landscaping beds were not maintained and were very rough and weedy. Smokers congregated outside the front door for hours everyday smoking up a stinky storm to walk through every time we came and went. Smoking should be much further away from the main entrance. Building is old and needs a remodel inside. Popcorn ceilings throughout the whole building. There were several long black hairs on the tile in the bathroom floor when we arrived.

The Comfort Inn in Edison, NJ provided us with a very fine room which included a comfortable, firm mattress and very clean and shiny bathroom facilities. Breakfast was also quite good with eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, dry cereal, fruit, juices and good coffee. This motel is modestly priced and provides great accommodations.
