“We loved our stay! Joey and Fernanda were the sweetest hosts. Beautiful getaway and we felt very at home. Their animals coming to say hi was a great treat since I was missing my fur babies. I couldn’t have found a better place for our anniversary!”

“This small space was a perfect place for me to get a break from all the chaos of life. I was looking for quiet and secluded with a beautiful view which included a body of water. I saw no one while there (except the manager who came to fix the gas fireplace. He came quickly, fixed the issue and left. And was very nice too.) Easy to park and easy to get out----back on the road. I had no problem with the internet while there.”

“Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay.”

“This condo is a great location and up to date and very nicely appointed. Sits above Cochon Tasting Bar which was a great spot to enjoy a tasting. One block to the Sonoma Square which has lots of restaurants, shops and tasting venues. Hosts offered great recommendations and easy communication. We would definitely stay here again as perfect clean and cheery location.”

“The property is super clean and perfect for two couples with two en-suites and a nice kitchen. You're close to many restaurants and wine tasting with a beautiful park across the street. We'll be back!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property in a lovely area of Petaluma, just a short walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. We highly recommend this property.”

“Property was great, perfect for a large gathering. Some maintenance issues and listing issues kept this from being a five star review, but I am sure that they will all be resolved. Well equipped kitchen. Maybe a croquet set and workout equipment would take it over the top!”

“Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend.”

“My husband and I spent 2 nights at this property. We were not looking for anything fancy, just a place to crash at night after a couple of full days of wineries and shopping. This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is located behind the main house but we didn't even see the family that was staying there. Lorene was easy to communicate with and shared lots of great information about the area which we really appreciated. Overall it was a great stay.”

“The unit was immaculate! Very well appointed and updated. It is nestled in the woods but very close to River Road and downtown Forestville. It has everything anyone could need. We enjoyed our stay.”
